Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 18 or more working days before the departure date: 90% of the tour fee will be refunded.
- Cancellations made 17 working days or fewer before the departure date: no refund will be given.
- Please note: The tour fee is a package price. Once the order is confirmed, the platform will have already booked all products, activities, or services with the supplier. If you are unable to participate in certain activities, itineraries, or included services, it will be considered as a voluntary waiver, and no refund will be provided.
Special Notes
- The pickup time indicated on the tour itinerary is for reference only. The exact pickup time will be arranged by the guide. The guide will contact guests one day before departure (usually between 16:00pm and 20:00pm). Please ensure your phone is accessible and answer the call. If the guide cannot contact you, it is the guest's responsibility to contact us by 20:00pm (Pacific Time) the evening before departure to confirm the pickup time. Any losses due to late arrivals or absences caused by guest's failure to stay in contact will be the guest's responsibility, and no refund will be issued.
- This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to for a group. We reserve the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number is not met.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
- Please do not bring the following items into Antelope Canyon: backpacks, tripods, bags, selfie sticks, GoPro cameras, drones, or any filming equipment. Only bottled water and cameras are allowed, and they must be placed in transparent bags for inspection.
- Tickets must be purchased or pre-paid through the guide on the tour. Self-purchasing is not allowed.
- Infants or people with limited mobility are not recommended to join this tour.
- Due to limited vehicle space, guests can only carry backpacks. Please store suitcases at the hotel.
- The guide will contact you by phone the day before departure. You may leave a Chinese or U.S. phone number. If the guest cannot be reached, the responsibility falls on the guest.
- Please check your luggage and ensure your travel documents are complete before departure. Guests enjoying discounted prices must bring photo ID for age verification.
- Keep your personal travel documents, passport, flight tickets, credit cards, and cash secure. Please carry valuables with you and do not leave them in the vehicle or with others.
- In rare cases, tour changes, delays, or cancellations may occur due to equipment or transportation failure, strikes, theft, accidents, weather, or insufficient participants. The local operator reserves the right to provide an explanation.
- The group must stay together during the tour. If you wish to leave the group, you must get the guide's consent to avoid any accidents.
- If you need to go out during free time or at night, please inform the guide or other group members, and be especially cautious about your safety.
- Medications: gastrointestinal medicine, cold medicine, motion sickness pills, personal habitual medications.
- For New Year's, National Day, Labor Day, or other long holiday weekends, tour prices may be adjusted. Please confirm the price before booking.
- To ensure all travelers' rights, please arrive at the departure point 10 minutes early. The tour will depart on time, and late arrivals will be at the guest's own risk.
- The luggage allowance may vary depending on the vehicle type. Please confirm with customer service during booking if large or excessive luggage is allowed.
- Due to possible security checks during the tour, luggage will not be allowed on the bus.
- For private tours or custom tours, the driver and guide are the same person. If you require a separate guide, please consult customer service for additional costs.
- To ensure the completeness of the itinerary, please cooperate with the driver-guide's arrangement for the tour schedule and order. Extra fees may apply for delays.
- Due to the dual role of driver-guide, and the parking challenges at many attractions, the guide will provide brief explanations from the vehicle but usually will not accompany the group into the attractions. If you require the driver-guide to accompany you into the attraction, additional entrance fees and parking charges will apply.
- During the tour, the driver-guide may adjust the itinerary (such as changing the order of attractions) based on weather, traffic, or other factors, as long as no attractions are omitted, and guest approval is obtained.
- Our company reserves the right to change, delay, or cancel the tour due to equipment or transportation failure, strikes, theft, accidents, weather, or other force majeure factors.
- Any additional costs caused by traffic delays, strikes, weather, flight cancellations, or other force majeure reasons are the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your understanding.
- For complimentary items in the tour, if they cannot be provided due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors, or if guests cannot attend due to personal reasons, no refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
- To ensure the smooth running of your itinerary, please inform us in advance during booking if you need to leave the group at a specific location, so we can confirm if the arrangement is possible.
- At least one person in the group must be 18 years old or older. Hotel check-in time is after 15:00pm. All rooms are non-smoking. A fine of at least USD250.00 will be charged for smoking in the room.
- For the safety of all travelers, please ensure you wear a seatbelt while in the vehicle. Any fines resulting from failure to wear a seatbelt will be the responsibility of the guest.
