- Cancellation Made Within 9 days prior to departure, No Refund
- Cancellation Made Within 10 days to 16 days prior to departure, Refund 20% of total purchase amount
- Cancellation Made Within 17 days to 31 days prior to departure, Refund 60% of total purchase amount
- Cancellation Made Within 32 days to 61 days prior to departure, Refund 80% of total purchase amount
- Cancellation Made 62 or more days prior to departure, Refund 90% of total purchase amount
• No show: 100% of full payment (all the flight tickets in the package are non-refundable.) Once the trip has started, no refunds will be provided for unused services due to early departure, late arrival, or missed tour days.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
