- Regarding the gala dinner, the tour includes two dinners during the castle stays, typically on Day 4 and Day 5. If December 24th or 31st falls on either of these days, the regular dinner is simply upgraded to a gala dinner at the same property. (no need to pay extra)
However, if December 24th and/or 31st fall on days other than Day 4 or 5, a gala dinner will be arranged at the hotel where the guests are staying on those dates, in addition to the two regular castle dinners. (need to pay extra)

- Cancellation Made Within 17 days to 46 days prior to departure, Refund 30% of total purchase amount
- Cancellation Made Within 47 days to 61 days prior to departure, Refund 50% of total purchase amount
- Cancellation Made 62 or more days prior to departure, Refund 90% of total purchase amount

Special Notes
- Baggage Allowance: Each traveler is allowed to carry one large suitcase and one backpack. If he/she plans to bring additional luggage, they can contact our team in advance so we can assist you accordingly.
- Tour Start & End Times:
On Day 1, the tour will begin at 9:00 am, travellers can plan their flights accordingly.
On the last day, travelers will be dropped off at Delhi Airport or their hotel by 17:00pm, making it convenient to schedule evening or late-night departures. - Visa Requirements: Travelers are required to apply for an Indian e-Visa in advance. Once your booking is confirmed, we'll provide all the necessary details and supporting documents to assist with the visa application.
- Pre-departure Documents: We will share the hotel vouchers and detailed trip notes approximately 30 days prior to the tour departure.
Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
