Time limit for providing flight information:
Kindly submit your flight details at least 3 days in advance of the group joining date. Failure to do so may result in an unsuccessful arrangement of the transfer service.

  • Tourist vehicles and professional bilingual (Chinese-English) tour guides for all included sightseeing activities
  • Accommodation: 5 nights in dormitories (2-4 students per room) and 6 nights in 3-star hotels (twin rooms)

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 31 days or more before the camp start date (before June 21, 2025) will receive a $4,000 refund.
• Cancellations made 21 to 30 days before the camp start date (June 22 – July 1, 2025) will receive a $3,300 refund.
• Cancellations made 2 to 20 days before the camp start date (July 2 – July 21, 2025) will receive a $2,600 refund.
• Cancellations made 1 day before the camp start date (July 21, 2025) will receive a $2,000 refund.
•  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after the camp start date (July 22, 2025) or for no-shows without prior notice.

Special Notes

- This session is confirmed, and solo travelers can sign up. After registration, please proceed with the visa application. Do not purchase airfare until the visa is approved.
Payment is made in two stages:
Registration & Visa Stage:
- Students must submit the registration form, passport, and a $1,500 USD visa deposit to secure a spot. The summer camp organization will then provide an invitation letter for the U.S. visa application. If the visa is denied, the $1,500 USD visa deposit will be fully refunded.
- We offer visa application assistance for $250 USD per person, including EVUS updates. This fee must be paid along with the visa deposit, totaling $1,750 USD per person. If the visa is denied, the visa fee is non-refundable, but the $1,500 USD visa deposit will be refunded.
Final Payment:
- The remaining balance must be paid within 5 business days after the visa is granted.
- If a student registers or obtains a visa after June 7, 2025, the full program fee must be paid within 3 business days of registration or visa approval; otherwise, the seat will not be reserved.


Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. Yellow Fever Vaccination Requirement: If you have traveled to or transited through yellow fever-endemic regions including East African countries (excluding Tanzania) or South American countries, either before or after your trip, you may be required to present a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate. This requirement can apply not only for joining tours but also for certain flights or entry into specific countries.
