• Cancellation & Rebooking policy 
  Up on our confirmation being raised : In case of a cancellation the following fees in percentage of the package price apply, unless otherwise specified on our product tariffs or when advised differently by our staff at time of booking. 
  - Up to 32 days before travel: handling fee (CHF 120/booking)
  - 31 - 17 days before travel: 30% of overall package cost, min. CHF120/booking 
  - 16 - 10 days before travel: 60% of overall package cost, min. CHF120/booking 
  - 09 - 0 days days before travel or no show: 100% of overall package cost
  - After our confirmation has been raised, we will charge an amendment fee of CHF 60/booking, file plus any charges that may be made by our own suppliers. This particularly will apply where non-refundable rates have been booked.
  - If changes only convern name changes, we charge the following fees CHF30/booking file plus any charges that may be made by our own suppliers.
• In case of changes that require a complete re-book of a holiday package in more than one location, regardless if documents have been issue or not, we will treat this as a cancellation and our below cancellation fees apply plus any charges that may be made by our own suppliers. 
• The order of the itinerary may be reversed in instances where there is limited availability on the train. You will be informed of any changes in itinerary well in advance of scheduled departure.
• The hotels for each night will be confirmed after the booking is confirmed and paid in full.
• All prices are subject to availability. If a partner hotel is not available, we will offer alternative accommodation. Supplements or reductions may apply.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
