Itinerary

Your guide picks you up to begin your excursion to the Sacred Valley. The first stop is at the archaeological site of Moray, known for its mysterious concentric circular terraces that create different microclimates. Then, continue to Maras, home to the historic pre-Inca salt mines still in operation today, offering a stunning landscape with their salt ponds. At the end of the tour, return to your hotel.

As of December 7, 2025, Jorge Chávez International Airport has begun charging the Transfer TUUA for passengers connecting international–international in Lima.
It is important to note that domestic connections remain exempt from this charge for the time being, while negotiations continue between the airport operator and the Ministry of Transport and Communications for a possible contractual amendment.
To streamline the process, the airport has implemented the following payment methods:

Special Notes

ENTRANCE & GUIDE:
- The first entrance to the citadel requires the mandatory accompaniment of a guide. Please note that the guided tour lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- The route to visit the Machu Picchu citadel and schedules are subject to availability.
- To preserve the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, as well as its status as a World Heritage Site, the Ministry of Culture has established different circuits to visit it. We will ensure that your visit to the archaeological site is a memorable experience. However, please remember that Circuit 2 or Circuit 3 will be assigned subject to availability.
- For the purchase of tickets to Machu Picchu it is necessary to send full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number of passengers, which must match the current passport that will be used for the trip. It is important to take into account that the entrance tickets to the citadel are non-refundable from the time of purchase.
LUGGAGES:
- If passengers spend the night in the Sacred Valley, We will take care of transferring the luggage to the hotel in Cusco. On the other hand, if they stay in Cusco, the luggage will remain in the hotel storage.
- Carry the same document that you presented to the agency, given that train tickets and entrance to Machu Picchu will be issued with this information.
- In all train services to Machu Picchu, the passenger may carry only hand luggage (backpack, bag or briefcase) of no more than 8 kg/ 17.6 lb lb on the train to/from Machu Picchu. You will find your luggage at the chosen hotel.

- Pick-up times for shared service visits are for reference only and may have a waiting time of 30 minutes.
- Rates do not apply to residents with a stay longer than 60 days or to corporate passengers (from 4 nights or more in Lima).
- Reservations must include each passenger's full name, nationality, passport number, age and date of birth.
- Early arrival on day 1 does not guarantee the availability of hotel rooms. Standard check-in times apply, unless additional nights of accommodations are purchased to ensure immediate access to rooms.
- Our accommodation rates include breakfast. Breakfasts have assigned schedules according to the policies of each hotel establishment, being generally between 06:00 – 10:00; if the passenger has a transfer or withdraw before the assigned time, the passenger will lose this benefit, not being able to be compensated in another hotel. The services of Room Service or of a box breakfast have an additional cost and don't compensate the breakfast that can't be served.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE ENTRANCE IN PERU: Confirm with your embassy if you need a VISA to enter Peru (or any other country included in your itinerary). We're not responsible if a guest does not have all the necessary documentation to enter the country. The foreigner who travels to Peru must ensure that the validity of his passport is not less than six months to enter the national territory.
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS: We recommend comfortable and light clothing for visiting the coastal areas of Peru and warm clothes for the high Andean area. Visitors are not advised to wear sleeves shirts, shorts, short skirts or short clothing when visiting religious temples or official buildings. Sunscreen, sunglasses, hat and mosquito repellent can be very useful during your stay.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TRANSFERS: Passengers are entitled to carry up to 20 kg of luggage in the hold and 5 kg in hand luggage. The excess will be allowed according to the capacity of the bus and will have an additional cost.
