Morning departure towards Santa Cruz located in the Colchagua Valley, south of Santiago. Our first stop will be at the MontGras vineyard (or similar), a sustainable vineyard where we will take a SIB tour to learn about the vineyards and winemaking processes, ending with a wine tasting. Continuation to the Viu Manent vineyard, a vineyard respectful of the environment, history and local traditions, where we will enjoy a delicious lunch with local ingredients, prepared on the grill and in a clay oven (or in a local restaurant). In the afternoon, we will take the tour (SIB) offered by this winery with family tradition and a colonial architecture, where we will have the opportunity to ride in a typical carriage and admire the typical Chilean landscape, visit its wineries, learn about the production process and taste their wines. The tour ends with a visit to the Colchagua Museum, belonging to the Cardoen Foundation, the largest and most varied private museum in South America, where yesterday is present in a journey through the history of our planet and its evolution on the American continent, from the beginning of life 600 million years ago, the man with the American mega fauna, the development of pre-Hispanic cultures, the arrival of the European and the subsequent independence of Chile, ending with the modernity of the 20th century.
