LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE: In accordance with regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is 20kg for economy class, 30kg for business class, and 40kg for first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.
INSURANCE: The tour packages include Tourist Accident/Casualty Insurance up to a maximumof $30,000 per adult provided free of charge as part of our package. We still highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. I was nervous about the glass bridge, but it turned out to be the highlight of the trip. The views of the canyon from the bridge are stunning. The Tianzi Mountain area was less crowded than Yuanjiajie, and the views were just as good. Our guide helped us avoid the crowds by starting early. A fantastic 4-day adventure.

This private tour was the perfect way to see Zhangjiajie's highlights. The Bailong Elevator is an engineering marvel, and the view from the top of Yuanjiajie (the Avatar mountains) is surreal. Our guide was flexible and let us set the pace. The only small downside is that day 4 (Tianmen Mountain) felt a bit rushed, but we still saw the main sights. A great value for 4 days.

I loved the variety: towering pillars in Yuanjiajie, the thrilling glass bridge at the Grand Canyon, and the peaceful boat ride on Baofeng Lake. The cable car up Tianmen Mountain is the longest in the world — the views are breathtaking. The included lunches were simple but tasty. Bring good walking shoes and a rain jacket. A well-organized and memorable trip.

This tour is perfect for travelers short on time. In 4 days, we saw all the key sites without feeling too rushed. The private car was comfortable, and our guide spoke good English. The hotel (Pullman) was excellent. The only minor issue was that the glass bridge at the Grand Canyon is an extra fee, but it was worth it. Highly recommend for first-timers.

This tour offers incredible value for a private experience. The entrance fees, lunches, and comfortable hotel were all included. The cable car up Tianmen Mountain is a must — walking the 999 steps to the cave is a challenge, but the feeling of accomplishment is worth it. The only small complaint is that day 3 was a bit light on activities. Still, an excellent and hassle-free tour.
