- Entrance fees and optional tours (rates vary from season to season; only the price at the ticket booth / box office is final)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Made Within 16 days prior to departure, No Refund
- Cancellation Made Within 17 days to 32 days prior to departure, Refund 40% of total purchase amount
- Cancellation Made 33 or more days prior to departure, Refund 90% of total purchase amount
• Change of departure date will be considered as a cancellation.
• Decrease in number of guests, change the optional admissions & group meal purchase, as well as amending extended hotel stay will be considered as cancellation.
• All optional tours are non-refundable. Refund will be done only due to weather and force majeure event happens and the optional tours could not be continued.
• Additional fees, including but not limited to associated credit card or wire transfer service charges, will be applied to any cancellation or amendment request.

Special Notes
- Aside from admission fees, optional tour fees and service fees mentioned above, other fees and taxes should be paid in CAD currency by. If you choose to pay in USD currency, you should pay the price difference caused by the currency exchange rate.
- Each person is allowed to check in and carry on only one piece of baggage, any additional baggage will incur an extra fee of CAD$25+5%GST per piece.
- We recommend to confirm with us about the tour availability before booking air tickets.
- Sightseeing points and stop time are subject to weather condition.If closure of any sightseeing point occurs, it will be replaced by other points.
- Itinerary sequence/Hotel arrangement is subject to change due to different departure date.

- Please be ready and show up at meeting location 5-10 minutes prior to the meeting time as the tour will start on time. If you miss the bus, please go to next pick up location to meet the group. Should there be any concerns, please contact us.
