Summer Celebration | Canada Strong Pass – National Park Entrance Fee Rebate Program
Eligibility Period:
Guests who travel between June 20 and September 2, 2025 and enter designated Canadian national parks will receive a cash rebate for park entrance fees!
Eligible National Parks:
Banff National Park、Jasper National Park、Yoho National Park、Waterton Lakes National Park
Rebate Details:
1. Guests entering any of the above parks during the eligible period will receive a cash refund of CAD $7 per adult per day, based on commercial ticket rates. The refund will be issued on-site by the tour guide.
2. For guests who enjoy the "Buy 2, Get 2 Free" promotion, refunds are calculated as follows:
•Single room: Refund for 1 adult
•Double room: Refund for 2 adults
•Triple room: Refund for 2 adults
•Quad room: Refund for 2 adults
3. For bookings not using the "Buy 2, Get 2 Free" offer, refunds will be based on the actual number of adults in the order.

* Jasper, Maligne Lake, Maligne Canyon, the southern section of the Icefields Parkway, Columbia Icefield, and Athabasca Falls are still affected by wildfires and remain closed. Jasper town is also closed. The Banff area, YOHO National Park, the northern section of the Icefields Parkway, and major attractions such as Banff town, Moraine Lake, and Lake Louise are currently open for sightseeing and itinerary arrangements.
• Itinerary Adjustment Plan:
Day 3 Adjustment:
Calgary/Banff → Crowfoot Glacier (20 minutes) → Bow Lake (40 minutes) → Peyto Lake (40 minutes) → Lunch in Lake Louise Town (60 minutes, self-arranged) → Takakkaw Falls (45 minutes), overnight stay at a Calgary hotel.
Day 4 Adjustment:
Calgary/Banff → Marble Canyon (60 minutes) → Vermilion Lakes Viewpoint (15 minutes) → Lunch in Banff Town (75 minutes) → Cave and Basin National Historic Site (45 minutes, tickets included) → Lake Minnewanka (optional boat tour, 90 minutes) → Two Jack Lake (20 minutes), overnight stay at Banff town.
Applicable Period:
For orders involving the IJ itinerary departing from August 2, 2024, the alternative itinerary will operate until the original attractions or hotels reopen.
• Refund Policy for Itineraries Affected by Jasper Wildfire:
- For activities and meals affected in your itinerary: Ice Explorer, Skywalk, Maligne Lake Cruise, Maligne Lake lunch, and THE CROSSING lunch box, refunds will be processed at the original price paid to your original payment method.
- If your itinerary included a stay in a premium hotel in Jasper for one night, the alternative itinerary will accommodate one night in Calgary, with a refund of CAD 250 per room per night for the difference.
- If your itinerary included a stay in a comfort hotel in Jasper for one night, the alternative itinerary will accommodate one night in Calgary, with a refund of CAD 150 per room per night for the difference.
• Itinerary Cancellation:
If you decide to cancel the entire itinerary, refunds will be processed for the affected parts of the itinerary due to the Jasper wildfires or mandatory closures. For other parts of the itinerary, refunds will be processed based on final coordination with suppliers.
Note:
Due to the Jasper wildfire, all summer tours will no longer stay in Jasper and will implement alternative itineraries. Please be advised.

Amendment Policy
- Increasing the number of participants in the itinerary (depending on the availability for the corresponding date of the itinerary)
- No modifications allowed within 16 days before departure; a service fee of C$50 per order per change will be charged for modifications made 17 days or more before departure ·
- Any additional costs due to changes in resources when modifying orders will be charged accordingly;
- Bank wire transfer fees or credit card fees will be deducted from refunds along with cancellation or modification fees for any cancellations or modifications;
- Any changes or cancellations must be communicated directly to the company through email or fax in written form;
- Cancellation and refund matters will be processed within 1-7 working days.

Special Notes

If your itinerary includes airport pick-up and drop-off service, please provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. If the pick-up or designated pick-up location is mistaken due to inaccurate information you have provided, Tours4fun reserves the right to provide second transfer services with an additional charge; according to the paid private car airport pick up service fee) or coordinate the next available pickup according to the availability. Kindly note that only one pick up service will be provided for each booking.
According to different hotel operation requirements, you may be required to provide credit card information as a deposit during your stay for miscellaneous expenses and incidental guarantees (such as telephone expense, laundry, catering).

During the tour, please arrive at the pick-up location at the time scheduled by the tour guide. Do not be late to avoid delaying other tourists' itinerary. If you are late or miss the transportation we have provided, you are responsible (at your own expense) to meet the group at the next designated meeting location.
During your trip, the tour guide may pick-up or drop-off travelers accommodated at different hotels. The tour guide will make reasonable arrangements according to the presented situation. Please cooperate and understand, thank you.
During your trip, there may be different vehicles and tour guides serving you.
If for any reason you need to leave our group during the trip, you must fill out a "Letter of Liability Release"; no exceptions.
Guests under 16 years old, must be accompanied by an adult (Age 18 or above).
In the event of traffic, weather, or other circumstances not under our company's control, or if you are unable to participate in activities included in the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given.

This product is a local bus tour. Under the premise that the promised service and standards remain unchanged, your itinerary may take place alongside another traveler's itinerary to form a group tour. Depending on arrival and departure dates, travelers’ itinerary sequence may differ.
Hotel Class: North American Hotels do not have an official hotel star rating standard. The hotels involved on the trip are local brand hotels.
The North American Hotel Standard Room is equipped with one large bed or two standard beds. If you have a specific request for bed types, please inform us at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Product components such as: tour vehicles, hotels, restaurants, attraction facilities, etc. may have different standards (ratings, classes, quality) in different regions of the world; please understand. Our bilingual tour guides will use Mandarin and/or English to serve you.
Tour vehicles: Vehicles are arranged according to the number of people in a group. In a group up to 24 passengers, the driver will also be the tour guide. In a group of more than 24 passengers, an individual driver/tour guide will be provided.

Tour Operator is not responsible for any transportation cancellations or delays, climate change, or any other travel safety issues within the trip that are caused by circumstances not under our company's control.
In the Rockies, there can be large temperature differences between morning and evening. The average daytime temperature in summer is 25 °C, and the average night temperature is 15-18 ° C. Please prepare clothes appropriately.
In the Rockies, there's ample sunshine and usually high levels of Ultraviolet rays (UV rays) that may cause sunburn, so proper sun protection will be needed. The region has a dry climate and body lotion is one of the must-haves when traveling.
When encountering wild animals, feeding is prohibited; In the case of large animals, do not leave the vehicle and approach.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms and throughout the hotel. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of $300 CAD or more.
Within the national parks, please note smoking is permitted in certain areas only. Please follow the rules and do not litter cigarette butts. Please make sure that they're fully out in case of a fire hazard.
Please note that hotels in the Rocky Mountains area are mostly 3-4 story wooden structures. Some hotels do not have elevators.
For environmental protection, Rocky Mountains area hotels are not provided with toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, comb; Only shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided.
Most hotel rooms are not equipped with kettles. If you need hot water for drinking, please ask the hotel's front desk for assistance. If no kettle can be provided, please use the coffee machine properly as instructed.
There is no "hot (boiling)" drinking water at the attractions, if necessary, please prepare it yourself before departure.
Canadian voltage power is 110V, and the electrical socket is a three-pin plug: the upper one is round, and the lower two are flat and parallel.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.

This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. According to the notice from Jasper National Park, Maligne Canyon is closed year-round, and Pyramid Lake will be used as a substitute.
Do not take any hotel supplies, such as shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner, from the room. Doing so will incur a fine, payable by the guest.

Important: For bus tour, front row seats are not first-come, first-served; an additional fee is required. If you require a front row seat, please contact us in advance to check availability.
