Machu Picchu Booking: 
Machu Picchu is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at the time of initial inquiry. Please consult our office before making any bookings involving Machu Picchu. Once availability is confirmed, a non-refundable and non-cancelable payment of $200 per person is required to secure the reservation at the time of booking.

Special Notes

  • Once your booking is confirmed, please provide your flight information as soon as possible so we can arrange the airport pick-up service.
  • All local guides speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Additionally, if we have more than 10 passengers on a departure, a tour manager will accompany the group, and they will also speak Hindi.
  • Things to Carry
    Raincoat, umbrella, weather-appropriate clothing, comfortable walking shoes.
    Valid passport/visa and tour voucher with contact numbers.
    Working credit card in guest name for hotel deposits (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover).
    Cash for mandatory tips and personal needs.

  • Hotel rooms typically have a maximum of two double beds; rollaway beds are not allowed in rooms with two beds.

    1. Accessibility & Special Assistance
    We're not equipped to provide specialized assistance for guests with mobility or other special needs and cannot guarantee wheelchair-accessible facilities or vehicles. Guests requiring such assistance must travel with a companion who can provide support.
    2. Personal Belongings
    Guests are responsible for their own valuables, travel documents, and personal belongings. We're not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
    3. Property Damage
    Guests are liable for any damage they cause to hotels, coaches, venues, or other property while on tour.
    4. No-Show
    No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
    5. Inclusions & Incidentals
    Unless otherwise stated, packages include a hotel room, applicable taxes, and breakfast (if indicated). All incidentals (e.g., room service, minibar, laundry, and any damage charges) are the guest's responsibility and may be charged to the credit card on file.
    6. Itinerary Changes & Operational Disruptions
    For safety or operational reasons, including weather and traffic, the tour leader may modify the itinerary at their discretion. In the event of a breakdown or interruption beyond our control, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue; no monetary compensation will be provided.
    7. Optional Excursions
    Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase optional tours through us. Activities booked independently are outside our scope of service; We assume no responsibility and cannot provide assistance related to third-party arrangements.
    8. Coach Breakdowns
    If a coach breakdown occurs, a replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as reasonably possible. No monetary compensation will be offered.
    9. Hotel Substitutions (Force Majeure)
    While listed hotels are confirmed, circumstances beyond our control (including acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, or transportation disruptions) may require substitution with a hotel of similar standard. No monetary compensation will be offered.
    10. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
