- Cancellation Made Within 9 days to 16 days prior to departure, Refund 50% of total purchase amount
- Cancellation Made Within 17 days to 31 days prior to departure, Refund 90% of total purchase amount
- Cancellation Made Within 32 days to 46 days prior to departure, only $160 charge handling fee by person
- Cancellation Made Within 47 days to 61 days prior to departure, only $110 charge handling fee by person
- Cancellation Made 62 or more days prior to departure, No penalty
Special Notes
- You are required to carry a passport valid for at least 6 months and all the necessary visas, and you are responsible for its accuracy and validity. We will not be responsible for any failure in this respect. Besides, we strongly recommend you buy travel insurance in advance to cover any accident that may occur.
Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
