Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Made Within 9 days prior to departure, No Refund
  • Cancellation Made Within 10 days to 16 days prior to departure, Refund 30% of total purchase amount
  • Cancellation Made Within 17 days to 32 days prior to departure, Refund 50% of total purchase amount
  • Cancellation Made 33 or more days prior to departure, Refund 95% of total purchase amount
Cancellation Policy:
- If you are unable to join the tour on the scheduled day due to lateness or any other reason, no refunds or changes will be permitted.
- Changing to a different tour date for the same itinerary is considered equivalent to canceling the original order.
- Cancellations will be subject to the above refund policy if the order can still be confirmed (such as when the order has been paid and is awaiting processing).
- The above terms and conditions apply to regular tours, special tours may have different terms and conditions, which should be followed accordingly.
- If the business loss fee paid according to the above percentage is insufficient to compensate for the actual loss of the company, the customer shall compensate for the actual loss, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the total order cost.
Amendment Policy:
- The change fee for each change order is $35, and no changes can be made within 9 days before departure. 
- Changes applicable include changes to the pick-up location, increases in the number of participants, and second changes to the flight transfer information. 
- If the price of the changed order (such as a reduction in the number of tour participants or rooms) is less than the original order, the difference will be calculated according to the cancellation terms in addition to the $35 change fee.
- If the name or number of rooms is changed, the difference will also be calculated according to the cancellation terms in addition to the $35 change fee.

Special Notes

  • Minimum 4 pax to operate the tour.
  • For other additional hotel accommodations or services, refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective hotel.
  • Participants who are unable to participate on the day of departure will be deemed to have automatically waived their right to a refund. No refunds will be given.
  • Pets and service animals are not allowed on the tour.
  • Hotel pick-up time varies according to the weather and traffic conditions. Please refer to the tour guide's notification for the actual time!
  • Vehicles Type may vary due to the actual number of the group.
  • Children of 0-6 are not allowed into Lower Antelope Canyon out of safety consideration, Upper Antelope Canyon is unaffected, please kindly understand.
  • Please bring Motion Sickness Medication, if necessary.
  • Your cell phone may not have reception in some areas during the tour.
  • Please note that your pet dogs are not permitted to bring into the Antelope Canyon.
  • Please bring along the voucher and passport or U.S government issued photo ID to complete the process.
  • Because of possible security checks, aside from backpacks and handbags, no luggage is allowed on the tour. If needed, please leave bags at your hotel or our office (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm).
  • The tour guide will contact you one day before departure. Please keep your phone reachable. If you will be on a flight or cruise the day before, kindly let us know in advance so we can reach you earlier.
  • Service fees for the driver/guide and any optional activities not included in the tour price must be paid in cash during the trip. Please plan for this in your travel budget.
  • For tours departing from designated meeting points, please arrive on time. Guests who miss the meeting time will be unable to join, and no refund will be issued.
  • After booking, please make sure the contact details you provided remain valid so we can update you about your order. If your contact information changes, please notify us immediately. We are not responsible for any losses caused by unreachable contact.
  • Prices may fluctuate during peak season or holidays due to hotel policies. In such cases, adjustments may be made without further notice.
  • Your tour confirmation will be sent to your email 1–3 days before departure. Please read it carefully and present a printed or electronic copy to your guide at check-in.
  • Please do not book personal travel arrangements (flights, cruises, buses, etc.) until you have received our official confirmation email. We are not responsible for losses caused by unconfirmed arrangements.
  • In case of force majeure (e.g., weather, strikes, war), we may adjust or cancel parts of the itinerary to protect guests'safety. Tour fees are non-refundable, and we are not liable for any additional costs.
  • If a guest cannot join the tour due to personal reasons (missing documents, late arrival, illness, accidents, etc.), or leaves during the trip, the tour fee will not be refunded or compensated.
  • All our vehicles are insured, but as unforeseen events may occur, we strongly recommend purchasing your own travel insurance for extra protection.
  • This tour is designed for adults with independent mobility. Participation is not recommended for infants under 2, seniors over 75, or pregnant women. Guests over 75 must provide a signed waiver from themselves and a direct relative before confirmation. All health-related risks are the guest's responsibility.
  • Some attractions may close during holidays or due to maintenance/natural disasters. In such cases, arrangements will be made by the guide, and we assume no responsibility.
  • Different vehicle types or a change of vehicle/guide may occur during the trip. This will not affect your sightseeing experience.
  • During peak season, hotels may be changed to another of the same standard due to limited availability. Thank you for your understanding.
  • The order of the itinerary may vary depending on departure date. Please confirm with your guide or contact us prior to departure. If you plan to leave the tour early in a certain city, please inform us by email or phone in advance. We are not responsible for missed flights caused by unconfirmed changes.
  • Drivers normally work 10 hours per day (starting from the agreed meeting time). If delays are caused by guests (e.g., requesting extra stops or being late), overtime fees apply at USD 120 per hour (charged by the hour). Tips apply from the day the service begins. No refunds for mid-tour departures.
  • For operational reasons, we may reassign guests to a different vehicle or guide during the trip.
  • Non-transparent bags, transparent bags, backpacks, handbags, or waist bags are not allowed inside Antelope Canyon.
  • Wearing skirts in the valley is prohibited.
  • Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, camera stabilizers, GoPros or action cameras, and camera bags are strictly prohibited inside Antelope Canyon.
  • Closed-toe shoes are recommended; please avoid wearing open-toe sandals or high heels.
  • Suggested items to bring: comfortable sneakers, sunscreen, and a sun hat.
