In the morning, we set off for the day's first stop — the world-famous slot canyon, Antelope Canyon. Ranked among the world's top ten photography destinations, it is renowned for its dreamlike play of light and the flowing curves of its sandstone walls. Guided by a Navajo local, we step into this natural masterpiece, carved over millennia by floods and wind. As sunlight filters through the narrow crevices, it illuminates the smooth, silky rock surfaces in vibrant hues of orange, gold, and violet - as if walking through a living gallery of shifting colors.
We then drive to the awe-inspiring Horseshoe Bend, where the Colorado River makes a near-perfect curve beneath towering red cliffs. Standing on the overlook, you'll be captivated by nature's raw power and artistry.
In the afternoon, we continue to the scenic Lake Powell, a striking contrast of deep-blue waters set against dramatic red-rock canyons. Known as one of the most enchanting man-made lakes in the American Southwest, it offers a breathtaking panorama of water and stone.
Afterward, we begin our return journey to Las Vegas, passing by the iconic Hoover Dam and the historic Route 66. From the windows, you can glimpse this monumental engineering marvel spanning the Colorado River. By evening, we arrive back in Las Vegas, concluding our unforgettable journey.
End of the tour, We will escort guests back to their original pickup point in Las Vegas.

Cancellation Policy:
- If you are unable to join the tour on the scheduled day due to lateness or any other reason, no refunds or changes will be permitted.
- Changing to a different tour date for the same itinerary is considered equivalent to canceling the original order.
- Cancellations will be subject to the above refund policy if the order can still be confirmed (such as when the order has been paid and is awaiting processing).
- The above terms and conditions apply to regular tours, special tours may have different terms and conditions, which should be followed accordingly.
- If the business loss fee paid according to the above percentage is insufficient to compensate for the actual loss of the company, the customer shall compensate for the actual loss, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the total order cost.
Amendment Policy:
- The change fee for each change order is $35, and no changes can be made within 9 days before departure.
- Changes applicable include changes to the pick-up location, increases in the number of participants, and second changes to the flight transfer information.
- If the price of the changed order (such as a reduction in the number of tour participants or rooms) is less than the original order, the difference will be calculated according to the cancellation terms in addition to the $35 change fee.
- If the name or number of rooms is changed, the difference will also be calculated according to the cancellation terms in addition to the $35 change fee.

Special Notes

For other additional hotel accommodations or services, refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective hotel.
Participants who are unable to participate on the day of departure will be deemed to have automatically waived their right to a refund. No refunds will be given.
Pets and service animals are not allowed on the tour.
Hotel pick-up time varies according to the weather and traffic conditions. Please refer to the tour guide's notification for the actual time!
Vehicles Type may vary due to the actual number of the group.
Children of 0-6 are not allowed into Lower Antelope Canyon out of safety consideration, Upper Antelope Canyon is unaffected, please kindly understand.
Please bring Motion Sickness Medication, if necessary.
Your cell phone may not have reception in some areas during the tour.
Please note that your pet dogs are not permitted to bring into the Antelope Canyon.
Please bring along the voucher and passport or U.S government issued photo ID to complete the process.
Because of possible security checks, aside from backpacks and handbags, no luggage is allowed on the tour. If needed, please leave bags at your hotel or our office (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm).
The tour guide will contact you one day before departure. Please keep your phone reachable. If you will be on a flight or cruise the day before, kindly let us know in advance so we can reach you earlier.
Service fees for the driver/guide and any optional activities not included in the tour price must be paid in cash during the trip. Please plan for this in your travel budget.
For tours departing from designated meeting points, please arrive on time. Guests who miss the meeting time will be unable to join, and no refund will be issued.
After booking, please make sure the contact details you provided remain valid so we can update you about your order. If your contact information changes, please notify us immediately. We are not responsible for any losses caused by unreachable contact.

If a guest cannot join the tour due to personal reasons (missing documents, late arrival, illness, accidents, etc.), or leaves during the trip, the tour fee will not be refunded or compensated.

This tour is designed for adults with independent mobility. Participation is not recommended for infants under 2, seniors over 75, or pregnant women. Guests over 75 must provide a signed waiver from themselves and a direct relative before confirmation. All health-related risks are the guest's responsibility.
Some attractions may close during holidays or due to maintenance/natural disasters. In such cases, arrangements will be made by the guide, and we assume no responsibility.
Different vehicle types or a change of vehicle/guide may occur during the trip. This will not affect your sightseeing experience.

Drivers normally work 10 hours per day (starting from the agreed meeting time). If delays are caused by guests (e.g., requesting extra stops or being late), overtime fees apply at USD 120 per hour (charged by the hour). Tips apply from the day the service begins. No refunds for mid-tour departures.

Vehicle Standards:
- For groups of 6 or more, a Nappa business-class coach will be provided; for groups of fewer than 6, a 7-seat business vehicle will be used.
- All vehicles carry comprehensive commercial insurance for maximum travel safety.
- In the event of force majeure (e.g., unexpected breakdowns, severe weather) that prevents the use of a Nappa business-class vehicle for the entire trip of a group with 6 or more passengers, a compensation of $50 per guest will be provided. If only part of the trip cannot be operated with a Nappa business-class vehicle, no compensation will be offered.
Hotel room types may include one king/queen bed or two double beds. Maximum occupancy is 2–4 people per room (including children). Hotels may require deposits, usually via credit card. We guarantee the number of rooms but not room type or location. Standard check-in is after 3:00 PM.
All service fees and mandatory surcharges must be paid in cash to the tour guide on the day of departure. Service fees are non-refundable in case of early withdrawal from the tour.
Please provide accurate and complete information (including full name, gender, contact details, flight information, or meeting point) when booking. Any loss caused by incorrect information provided by the guest will be the guest's responsibility.
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied minors/children are not permitted to join the tour.
To ensure safety and service quality, all vehicles are equipped with in-car/outdoor dashcams, and guides carry body cameras. By presenting your tour confirmation, you agree to such recordings.
After payment, the tour confirmation voucher will be sent to your registered email 1–3 business days before departure. In peak seasons, if a product is sold out, we will contact you promptly to reschedule or change the itinerary.
For boutique small group tours, hotel room types cannot be guaranteed. Triple or quad occupancy requests will be accommodated with twin rooms where possible, but not guaranteed. Extra bed requests are subject to hotel policies and additional fees.
A valid credit or debit card is required at check-in for the hotel deposit, which will be refunded after check-out according to hotel policy (typically 7–14 business days for U.S. cards, 14–21 days for international cards). Actual refund times depend on the bank. We are not responsible for deposit recovery but can assist with inquiries.
Smoking and cooking with self-heating hotpots are strictly prohibited in U.S. hotels. Violations may result in fines of USD 200–250 and legal liability.
National park passes or attraction tickets purchased independently are not accepted on boutique small group tours. If presented, we will refuse to provide transportation services for that day, and guests must arrange their own transportation.
The tour guide/driver may adjust the order of visits, stop durations, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure a smooth itinerary. If an attraction is closed (e.g., due to holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, or temporary closure), the guide may substitute with another site or outside viewing. Such changes are force majeure; refunds will not be issued.
In the event of natural disasters, strikes, road closures, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to adjust the itinerary or hotel arrangements without refund. We are not responsible for any additional expenses (e.g., flights, trains, transportation) caused by delays.
Baggage allowance: One 26-inch suitcase per person. Guests are responsible for any issues caused by excess luggage. Free luggage storage is available in the departure city (new locks are provided; key costs are borne by the guest. Lost keys are the guest's responsibility).
Please safeguard your belongings. In case of loss or theft at hotels or attractions, guests should preserve evidence and report to the police immediately. The guide will assist with reporting but cannot accompany further arrangements. Additional costs are the guest's responsibility. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
We are not liable for loss or damage of luggage, handbags, or personal belongings. Please purchase travel insurance if needed.
If traveling with a child under 8, please inform us at booking and provide age details so a child safety seat (USD 20/seat) can be arranged. Failure to do so may result in delays until a seat is secured, with all costs borne by the guest (including fines, seat rental, or penalties from local authorities).
