• Cancellation Policy:
  * 18 and More Working Days Prior to Departure Date: 90% of tour fee can be refunded;
  * 17 Working Days or less prior to Departure Date: Non-refundable.
• Pick up location default to drop off location, if you want to change drop off location, please check availability from us in advance.
• The admissions and attraction must be bought from our Tour guide (Not allow City Pass or own Tickets arrange).
• For this itinerary, guests are not allowed to bring their own attraction tickets. Optional activities can be purchased directly from the tour guide during the tour, and attraction tickets must be paid in cash on site.
• Please arrival at least 15 mins before departure time. All the pick-up & drop off times are for your reference only.
• Bus arrangement: Normally, guests within the same booking will be arranged on the same bus. If you and your friends or family have made separate bookings but would like to travel on the same bus, please contact us at least 5 working days in advance.
• To ensure the smooth operation of the tour, our company reserves the right to modify, adjust, or cancel the itinerary if necessary. The sequence of the itinerary and specific activities may be adjusted depending on actual conditions. Please follow the arrangements made by the tour guide on the day of departure.
• Please arrive at the pick-up location in advance to wait for the bus. The pick-up and drop-off times are for reference only. In case of delays due to special circumstances (such as weather conditions, road construction, strikes, road closures, or unforeseen vehicle issues), we kindly ask for your understanding.
• Food and beverages in the mini bar in the hotel room are not included and must be paid for by the guest. Please take note.
• Any long-distance calls made from the room will be automatically recorded in the account. When checking out, the front desk will notify guests to settle these charges (guest's own expense).
• Hotels usually offer both pay TV and free TV channels. Please check with the hotel staff or the tour guide for the charges, operating instructions, and precautions before using them to avoid unnecessary expenses.
• In case of weather conditions, road situations, or other force majeure factors, our company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or hotel arrangements in order to ensure the safety and interests of the travelers.
• Guests are required to provide flight information at the time of booking. If any changes are needed, please notify the head office at least 72 hours (working days) before departure to confirm the change of pick-up location. Our company will not be responsible for any delays caused by such changes.
• If flight information is not provided, it will be considered as “Self check-in at the first night’s hotel.” (During long holiday weekends, please notify the head office at least 5 working days in advance to confirm any change of pick-up location.)
• The sequence of your trip may be varied, due to the different departure dates. Please follow your final itinerary.
• The tour fees on holiday seasons may change without notice, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and your consideration will be very much appreciated.
• Tour activities should be together, if guest want to leave the tour, must notice to tour guide, and our company takes no responsibilities for any accident and missed bus, and no fare will be refunded in this case.
• No smocking at hotel room, a punished fine between $300 and $350 if disregard of the regulations.
• If guest exits tour due to personal reasons, it will be treated as a voluntary withdrawal of the guest's own will. We are sorry but there will be no refund or compensation(s) whatsoever to the member concerned.  We would like to ask your kinds understanding of the foregoing policy.
• In the event that a tour is cancelled due to not enough people registered (less than 30 passengers) or need to change travel date(s) we reserve the right to cancel the tour and will have no responsibility beyond the refund of all monies paid by the passengers and received by us.
• Travel Insurance recommend to customer for travelling. Please consult our sales representatives for details.
• In the cases of unexpected injury or death, loss of or damage to luggage or personal belongings etc., the safety rules and regulations of those companies should serve as the basis for resolving the problems and it has nothing to do with our company.
• Triple Room and Quad Room are to be shared with two double beds.
• Programs are subject to availability & may change without notice.
• Late or absent:
  - On the departure day, if a group of friends is late or absent, the team cannot be refunded for any reason and cannot change other dates or transfer others.
  - If the client pays temporary absence on the same day without prior notice, the Company reserves the right to recover the absent fine from the absent guest.
  - Throughout the tour, if a group member fails to comply with the team leader's instructions to arrive on time, he or she will be responsible for any extra expenses or losses.
  - In the process of touring, the tour operator will act independently as a solitary member. The company does not make any refund. The company from the consequences of all the consequences of the exemption.
  - If a tour operator does not appear in the agreed departure time and place, the company cannot guarantee its travel rights.
  - All bus seats are free guided tour arrangements. If the guest is absent on the day of departure, the Company and tour guide have the right to reschedule vacant seats.
• On account of the current special situation, the price and opening hours of some attraction spots may be adjusted or revised at any time. Please refer to the marked price at the time of actual visit. If the attraction spot is not open, we reserve the right to cancel the spot or rearrange others tourist attraction instead.
• Additional charges may apply during high season.
• If travelers hold a passport from a Visa Waiver Program (VWP) country, you are required to pre-register for ESTA online and must register at least 3 days before departure. The fee for ESTA is USD $21.
• For Taiwanese and European travelers, you need to obtain authorization for entry under VWP through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA). Currently, there are 40 countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program. For detailed information on eligible countries, please visit: www.dhs.gov/visa-waiver-program-requirements.
• If holding a Chinese passport, it is necessary to register for the Electronic Visa Update System (EVUS). Travelers can submit an EVUS registration application at any time, and usually receive a response from the system within minutes of submitting their information; however, some responses may take up to 72 hours. Travelers are encouraged to apply for EVUS registration when they start planning their trip to the United States. EVUS registration: https://www.evus.gov.
• For USA TOUR: Clients should be responsible for all the documents and IDs that are necessary for their travel. Passport Valid for at least 6 Months, USA Visa /EVUS & Return Ticket & PR Card; For those who need a passport (valid for at least 6 months), please have your US visa ready).

Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
