You board the Voyager train by Inca Rail at the Ollantaytambo station heading to the Aguas Calientes station (Machu Picchu Pueblo). Upon arrival, you receive assistance. For your return to Ollantaytambo station, you board the 360° train. Each journey lasts approximately one and a half hours, and schedules are subject to availability.

Aguas Calientes, located on the slopes of Machu Picchu, features a lively craft market, various restaurants, and lodging options. Just a 25-minute bus ride away is Machu Picchu, an impressive architectural and engineering marvel believed to have been a sanctuary and retreat for the Inca Pachacutec. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, Machu Picchu translates to "Old Mountain," which enchants visitors with its historical grandeur and natural beauty. After the visit, travelers return by bus to Aguas Calientes to begin the journey back to Cusco. This tour is shared with other passengers. This itinerary requires passport information, primarily a copy of the passport. Without a passport copy, we are unable to issue tickets for many attractions. Please also note that if a traveler changes their passport before arriving in Peru, they must provide us with a copy of the new passport, as we are required to submit a passport change request to the relevant authorities; otherwise, entry to the attractions will not be permitted.
Airport transfer details will be confirmed after placing a booking. We strongly recommend booking your flight after the tour has been confirmed.

The first entrance to the citadel requires the mandatory accompaniment of a guide. Please note that the guided tour lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
The entrance to Machu Picchu allows a maximum stay of 4 hours in the citadel, if you want to stay the whole time inform your guide at the beginning of the tour.
The route to visit the Machu Picchu citadel and schedules are subject to availability.
For shared tours, the visit to the Inca Bridge is not included.
For the purchase of tickets to Machu Picchu it is necessary to send full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number of passengers, which must match the current passport that will be used for the trip. It is important to take into account that the entrance tickets to the citadel are non-refundable from the time of purchase.
If passengers spend the night in the Sacred Valley, agency will take care of transferring the luggage to the hotel in Cusco. On the other hand, if they stay in Cusco, the luggage will remain in the hotel storage.
Carry the same document that you presented to the agency, given that train tickets and entrance to Machu Picchu will be issued with this information.
In all train services to Machu Picchu, the passenger may carry only hand luggage (backpack, bag or briefcase) of no more than 5 kg/ 11 lb on the train to/from Machu Picchu. You will find your luggage at the chosen hotel.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in.
