• Shipping and Luggage Policy on Board at Machu Picchu:
  - It is obligatory to present the train ticket with a valid passport or identity card (even for infants and children) with a 30-minute pre-departure at the train station to board the destination of Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu).

• Documentation Required for External Travel:
  - By determination of ANVISA it is prohibited to embark without the presentation of the International Certificate of Vaccine against Yellow Fever. The vaccine must be placed with a minimum of 10 days before the date of travel.
  - The passenger must carry original identity document within the period of validity issued by the Entity in charge of his country or valid original Passport. We remind that without them the passenger will be prevented from making the visit to Machu Picchu.
  - Resident foreigners: Resident Card (RNE), it is necessary to passport within the period of validity and with the approval of the consulate.
  - Consult the national policies regarding the new instructions and documentation required for shipment with Notebooks, camcorders, etc.
  - The air reservation must be made with minimum anticipation of 08 days before the date of shipment and issued 72 hours before the confirmation of the reservation.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
