If you do not wear sufficient, warm, waterproof, and cold-resistant clothing, our guides have the right to refuse your participation in snow activities on-site for your own safety, and no refund will be provided!

[FAQs]
Is the Arctic Circle very cold?
According to guest feedback, the Arctic Circle feels less cold than expected, thanks to frequent calm weather. When you're active outdoors, it often feels similar to winter in Beijing.
Will there be snow?
Our destinations are at least 250 km north of the Arctic Circle for better chances of both snow and auroras. However, weather can't be guaranteed. Snow usually arrives in early November. If certain activities are canceled due to lack of snow, we'll offer alternatives or a full refund for the affected item.
Is there no daylight in the Arctic winter?
There is daylight! In winter, the sun typically rises around 9–10 a.m. and sets by 3–4 p.m., with about 6 hours of usable daylight.
Can you guarantee we'll see the Northern Lights?
In northern Lapland, auroras are visible almost every clear night during winter. In Saariselkä, sightings are frequent, although clouds may affect visibility—similar to how light pollution works. On average, Northern Lapland gets up to 200 aurora nights per year.
So during a week-long Arctic tour, your chances of seeing the Northern Lights are quite high!
