Please arrive at the departure location 30 minutes prior to tour start time.

Please bring a printed copy of your reservation and present it to the tour guide at departure.

We recommend passengers wear casual wear with a light coat for cool mornings and evenings in the summer. Winter jackets are recommended for autumn through spring. Hats, umbrellas, sunglasses, mosquitoes repellant and comfortable shoes with non-slip sole are also highly recommended. Be prepared for unexpected extreme weather in the Rockies.

Cancellation Policy:
* 17 or more days prior to departure date - 25% penalty
* 10-16 days prior to departure date - 50% penalty
* 6-9 days prior to departure date - 75% penalty
* No refund within 5-day prior to departure date. No partial refund on any unused services.
*Addtional 6% of processing fee will be charged.
* Non-refundable for no show.
