• All optional tours including service fees must be paid for in cash before joining the tour.
• Pick up location default to drop off location, if you want to change drop off location, please check availability from us in advance.
• All the admissions and attraction must be bought from our tour guide.
• Bus Arrangement: Usually tourists within the same order will be arranged in one bus. If you and your relatives and friends have made different orders but still want to take the same car to join the tour, you need to contact us 5 working days in advance.
• Please arrival at least 15 mins before departure time. All the pick-up & drop off times are for your reference only.
• The sequence of your trip may be varied, due to the different departure dates. Please follow your final itinerary.
• North American hotel rooms can only accommodate up to 4 people at the same room; Rooms generally do not have extra beds. If a group member requests an extra bed, a surcharge will apply and it will be subject to the hotel's availability. North American Hotel Room Types are : Single/Double Room Type is a Queen bed (1-Queen Bed/ 1-King Bed); Triple Room Type is a Queen bed + 1 Sofa bed or Rollaway bed; Quad Room type is Two Standard Double beds.
• No smocking at hotel room, a punished fine between $300 and $350 if disregard of the regulations.

• The itinerary sequence may be adjusted due to departure date. Please contact us 1-2 days in advance to confirm the final itinerary. The final itinerary order is subject to our itinerary confirmation.
• Due to weather, road conditions or other irresistible factors, the company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary and hotel in order to protect the safety and rights of passengers.
• For Christmas, New Year, National Day, Labor Day, Remembrance Day, Thanksgiving Day or other long weekend holidays, the tour fee is subject to appropriate adjustments, please forgive me.
• Groups need to travel together. If you want to leave the group on the way, you must obtain the consent of the tour guide to avoid accidents.
• Guests are required to prepare their own passports and visas for travel.
• Group members need to select the pick-up location when registering. If they need to change, please notify the head office to confirm the change location 72 hours (working days) before departure. The company will not be responsible for any delay due to changes. No changes will be accepted within 72 hours. (During the long weekend, the head office needs to be notified 5 working days in advance to confirm the change location)
• The tour fees on holiday seasons may change without notice, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and your consideration will be very much appreciated.
• Tour activities should be together, if guest want to leave the tour, must notice to tour guide, and our company takes no responsibilities for any accident and missed bus, and no fare will be refunded in this case. In case of special circumstances (weather, road repairs, strikes, mountain closures, special conditions of coaches), in order to protect the rights and interests of passengers, the company reserves the final interpretation right to adjust and cancel the itinerary.
• If guest exits tour due to personal reasons, it will be treated as a voluntary withdrawal of the guest’s own will. We are sorry but there will be no refund or compensation(s) whatsoever to the member concerned. We would like to ask your kinds understanding of the foregoing policy. 
• In the event that a tour is cancelled due to not enough people registered (less than 30 passengers) or need to change travel date(s) we reserve the right to cancel the tour and will have no responsibility beyond the refund of all monies paid by the passengers and received by us. Most tour will be confirmed 3-4 days prior to departure.
• Travel Insurance recommend to customer for travelling.  Please consult our sales representatives for details.
• In the cases of unexpected injury or death, loss of or damage to luggage or personal belongings etc., the safety rules and regulations of those companies should serve as the basis for resolving the problems and it has nothing to do with our company.

  Tips:
  - It is recommended that VIPs purchase additional travel and medical insurance. For details, please contact our company.
  - To ensure the safety of your personal property, we recommend that you carry your personal valuables with you during the trip, and do not leave valuables in places

  In case of theft under any circumstances and at any location, causing personal property loss, the ground operator, driver, tour guide, etc. shall not be held responsible.

  - Smoking is not allowed in all hotel rooms, offenders will be fined $300-350 and will be held legally responsible.
  -Hotel and tour guide information: The tour guide will inform the guests about the tour by phone or text message between 7:00 and 9:00 (Eastern Time) the night before
  departure. If you are not notified, please arrive at the designated pick-up location at least 15 minutes in advance.
• Late or absent
  1. On the departure day, if a group of friends is late or absent, the team cannot be refunded for any reason and cannot change other dates or transfer others;
  2. If the clients temporary absence on the first tour day without prior notice, the Company reserves the right to recover the absent fee from the absent guest
  3. If the client pays temporary absence on the same day without prior notice, the Company reserves the right to recover the absent fine from the absent guest
  4. Throughout the tour, if a group member fails to comply with the team leader's instructions to arrive on time, he or she will be responsible for any extra expenses or losses.
  5. In the process of touring, the tour operator will act independently as a solitary member. The company does not make any refund. The company from the consequences of all the consequences of the exemption.
  6. If a tour operator does not appear in the agreed departure time and place, the company cannot guarantee its travel rights.
  7. All bus seats are free guided tour arrangements. If the guest is absent on the day of departure, the Company and tour guide have the right to reschedule vacant seats.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
