• Inter-island flights are not included and should be booked independently. Flight details: ITO-OGG is HA119.
• If a sightseeing spot is temporarily closed or under maintenance, the guide will adjust the itinerary and replace it with an alternative attraction based on current conditions.
• If the group size on the day of the tour is 14 people or fewer, a driver-guide service will be arranged.
• During major Hawaiian holidays (e.g., hula dance competitions), hotel availability may be limited, and rooms may not be available.
• Upon airport pick-up, the guide will provide important information about your itinerary in Hawaii, including details on nearby restaurants, beaches, shopping, etc.
• This is a packaged tour. If you choose not to participate in any activities, it will be considered as forfeiting that portion of the tour, and no refund or deduction for other paid activities can be requested. Please inform the guide in advance if you wish to skip any activity.
• Service fees for guides and drivers, as well as any additional expenses not included in the tour package, will be collected in cash. Please plan to include these costs in your travel budget before joining the tour.
• During peak seasons, due to limited hotel room availability, we may need to accommodate you in a hotel of the same standard. Thank you for your understanding and support!
• The itinerary sequence may be adjusted based on your chosen departure date, weather conditions, and other factors. We appreciate your understanding. To ensure a smooth experience in Hawaii, please follow the schedule provided by your tour guide upon arrival.
• Most hotels in Hawaii require a valid credit card for a security deposit upon check-in. Any special requests will be subject to the hotel's policies at the time of check-in.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
