Itinerary

Your fun-filled tour begins when you arrive in New York where you will be warmly greeted by your tour guide at the airport, and transferred to your hotel.

We provide complimentary pick-up service for:
JFK: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
LGA: 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
EWR: 1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Please claim your baggage when you arrive, and wait at the baggage claim area for your tours guide. Please note that for flight arrivals at JFK Terminal 1 or 7, please meet your guide in front of the Arrival Hall.

The complimentary transfer is based on prior reservation only; please make a note when you booking your tour if you need a complimentary airport pick-up. Passengers who do not wish to receive the complimentary pick-up, may arrange transportation at their own expense.

Customers who did not fly to New York, but wish to meet their tour at the airport must please meet their tour at the following location at 3:00 p.m:
JFK: Terminal 1 & 7
EWR: Terminal C
LGA: Terminal B
The meeting point and times listed below are just for reference, the final details are subject to final confirmation.

2. If you do purchase and bring a CITY PASS, the local agency will not supply the transportation service in on the day. Meanwhile, the local agency may collect some cash as penalty fee. For the details, please consult your tour guide on tour.
3. Guests who forgo the New York City Tour with the group to explore the city on their own and still need transportation between New York City and the hotel must pay a $10.00/Person fee. If you don't pay this fee, you must arrange your own transportation in New York City that day.

In addition to the above cancellation charges, if tickets for airlines have already been issued (regardless of number of days prior to departure date), the traveler will be assessed an additional airline cancellation penalty and service charge pursuant to the airlines rules and regulations.

Please coordinate schedule of your flight with that of your tour. We recommend that you please book your air tickets after you receive E-Ticket confirming all details for your tour reservation within one to two business days from us.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.

1. For those who sign up for the New York Night Tour (7:30pm~10:30pm), the tour leader will arrange the travel logistics for you. Please be on time for the tour.
2. Have a good night’s rest as our sightseeing tour will begin early tomorrow.
3. Follow the tour guide’s instructions when taking bus or cruise in the busy city of New York.
4. Visit the United Nations site, please observe the appropriate rules.
5. Visit the churches, please refrain from noise.
6. Our sightseeing in New York is compact and requires tour members’ highly cooperation.

1. The capital of the United States has a collection of free, public museums unparalleled in size and scope throughout the History of mankind, and the lion’s share of the nation’s most treasured monuments and memorials. It attracts thousands of visitors each year. Visitors must observe the rules while visiting museums.
2. The White House is rarely open to the public. Since our tour is on an extremely tight schedule, as a result, we won’t be able to visit the inside.
★ Niagara Falls
1. The temperature of Niagara Falls area is low, bring a warm coat. Tour members may choose to participate in any local tours to enter Canada as long as he (she) brings valid documents: US passport, non-US passport with green card or valid Canada visa.

Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
