8-Day South America Highlights Tour (Featuring Brazil & Argentina)

Please bring relevant travel document (passport, alien card, visa). You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents for visiting and returning to your own country including your valid photo ID, passport and visa. Please check with according authorities for detailed requirements. American Guests who hold a passport do not need the Argentina visa but need a Brazil visa.

Travelers under the age of 18 participating in Mexican tours should carry in the certified written consent made by both parents in English. The consent should be shown when check-in at the airport departing for Mexico from U.S. or other countries. When traveling in Mexico, the consent is not obligatory.

Please meet the tour guide at the Baggage Claim Area or the Exit after you've arrived at the airport on the first day.

Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a flight delay for more than 45 minutes, you will have to arrange transportation on your own. However, you are welcome to contact local tour provider to see if there is available staff to accommodate your needs.

We strongly recommend that you should contact airline and local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival information and pickup arrangement before your departure.

During spring/summer, we recommend passengers wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
During fall/winter, we recommend passengers wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft or loss at any location.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
