Mandatory service fee for tour guide/driver:
- Service fee for airport pick-up driver: $10.00/guest/ride (Please pay to your guide);
- Service fee for airport drop-off driver: $10.00/guest/ride (Please pay to your guide);
- Service fee for hotel free shuttle bus driver: $1.00-$2.00/guest/ride (Please pay to hotel);
- If you choose to join Kennedy Space Center Tour, suggest service fee for driver: $5.00/guest/day (Please pay to your guide);
- If you choose to one day tour (Clearwater Dolphin Tour, Wild Florida Airboat Park or Blue Springs State Park), suggest service fee for driver/guide: $10.00/guest/day (Please pay to your guide)
- If you upgrade to Holiday Inn & Suite Hotel, the hotel provides free shuttle to Universal, Island of Adventure, and Sea World, but for Disney Theme Parks they don't provide free shuttle anymore, you need to pay the shuttle fee directly to the hotel $12.00 per guest per day.
- If you choose upgrade hotels (Rosen Inn International or Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando), which can not offer shuttle bus heading to theme parks, local operator can arrange transfer service with additional $5.00/guest/ride service fee for driver. Local operator will confirm the transfer time with customers. Tour guide will collect the expense on the tour.

Please pay attention that there will be price difference for each theme park when make reservation.

If you upgrade to Holiday Inn & Suite Hotel, the hotel provides free shuttle to Universal, Island of Adventure, and Sea World, but for Disney Theme Parks they don't provide free shuttle anymore, you need to pay the shuttle fee directly to the hotel $12.00 per person per day.

If customers choose upgrade hotels, which can not offer shuttle bus heading to theme parks, local operator can arrange transfer service with additional $5.00/person service fee for driver. Local operator will confirm the transfer time with customers. Tour guide will collect the expense on the tour.

In order to provide a great experience for vast majority of tourists,and obey The Four Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Show and Efficiency. From now on, selfie sticks no longer permitted at Disney Theme Parks.
When selfie sticks are observed at bag check, Guest Relations runners at bag check will escort the Guest to Guest Relations. Guest Relations will tag the device and give the Guest a claim ticket to retrieve it upon exiting the park.

During peak seasons or holidays, Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista may be fully booked. We will offer comparable hotels an alternative. Customers staying in hotels that are not listed in the itinerary will not be offered the continental breakfast service unless their hotel offers this service at its own expense. Meanwhile, there will be additional $5.00/person service fee for transfer. Please coordinate with our pick up time.

During our busy season or the weeks leading up to the tour departure date, Tours4Fun can guarantee 100% daily departure of this tour, but our contracted hotel may be fully booked. We reserve the right to change the contracted hotel to the hotel offering similar standards of service.
Guests who choose to self -transfer to the hotel for check-in rather than choose our complimentary airport pick-up on the first day, MUST please check the hotel info for the first night on our e-ticket.

Disneyland and Walt Disney World theme parks, water parks and DisneyQuest Indoor Interactive Theme Park will no longer permit selfie sticks.

Disney Animal Kingdom and Disney Water Park shuttle bus drop-off is at Disney World Magic Kingdom. Please use Disney Transportation for shuttle to Disney Animal Kingdom or Disney Water Park.

All passengers must choose the theme park options when booking. Guests can not change their theme park choices once they've arrived in Orlando. We strongly recommend that you please make your reservation at least seven work days prior to the departure date so that we have enough time for theme park ticket reservation.

We recommend you contact your airline and local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival information and pick-up arrangements before your departure.
