Age restrictions

• For group bookings, the booker or group representative must have consent from all travelers to act as the authorized signatory for the trip. All travelers recognize the representative's signature on the travel contract and its appendices. If you do not have such authorization, please refrain from booking or signing the contract on behalf of others.
• For the safety of minors, we recommend that they travel with their guardian or a companion who carries a letter of authorization from the guardian.

Group information

• The minimum group size for this product is 1 people.If you haven't received group confirmation 30 days before departure, tours4fun will ask if you're willing to wait. If you book less than 30 days before departure, the tour may not proceed as scheduled. After booking, please wait for a confirmation notice, or choose a confirmed date/product to secure your trip. If either party cancels before confirmation, there is no breach of contract. Once confirmed, cancellations incur penalties as outlined in the agreement.
• Each group can include up to 15 people, including children who occupy seats. If the actual number of travelers exceeds this limit, 10% of the total booking amount will be refunded as compensation once verified.

Group tour notification

• You'll receive a group tour notification or call from our staff at least 1 day before departure. Keep your phone available. If you don't receive it, contact tours4fun customer support immediately. The meeting time specified in the confirmation notice or by our staff is final.

Booking information

• If the contract ends due to unavoidable events or force majeure, neither the travel agency nor you are liable. If you're stranded, the agency will help with accommodation. You'll cover extra food and lodging costs, while return travel expenses are shared. Please read and understand these terms.
• Please provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact information, etc.) when booking to avoid booking errors and travel disruptions. You are responsible for any losses you incur due to incorrect information you provide.
• If any attractions or venues cannot be visited due to unforeseen circumstances during your trip, the staff will work with you to either cancel or switch out the affected sites. Alternatively, an on-site refund can be provided based on the ticket price in your travel package (not the venue's listed price).
• If there is any inconsistency between the product confirmation or supplementary terms and the main travel contract, the product confirmation or supplementary terms will take precedence.

Travel guidelines

• [No Mandatory Shopping] This product does not include any mandatory shopping activities throughout the trip. Shopping activities not arranged by our company at attractions, venues, or on cruise ships are excluded. If any unauthorized shopping activity is added and verified, our company will pay you liquidated damages equal to 10% of the total travel expenses multiplied by the number of unauthorized shopping activities added.

Tour reminder

• Pickup starts around 7:00 AM on Day 1; arrival in Marrakech is around 6:00 PM on Day 3, depending on traffic and stops.
• Send your Fes hotel/riad name and full address. Exact pickup details are confirmed the day before via WhatsApp. If vehicles cannot reach your accommodation, a meeting point within 5 minutes’ walk is arranged.
• Standard and Luxury options use shared transport; the Private Tour option includes a private vehicle. Expect long drives with regular stops.
• Includes 1 desert camp night, 1 Dades hotel/guesthouse night, 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners. Standard camp bathrooms are shared; Luxury and Private options have ensuite desert tents.
• Camel rides and sandboarding are included. A free 4x4 transfer to/from camp is available on request instead of camels.
• Lunches and drinks cost extra. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meals are available; tell us your requirements.
• Bring warm layers, sun protection and cash. Luggage travels in the vehicle.
