Due to temperature changes, bring long-sleeved shirts, pants, and warm clothing. Consider carrying medications like cold medicine and aspirin for altitude sickness. If you feel unwell during the trip, please inform the tour staff promptly for assistance and follow medical advice.

• For the safety of minors, we recommend that they travel with their guardian or a companion who carries a letter of authorization from the guardian.
