Age restrictions

• For safety reasons, at least one adult traveler must accompany.

Other restrictions

• For group bookings, the booker or group representative must have consent from all travelers to act as the authorized signatory for the trip. All travelers recognize the representative's signature on the travel contract and its appendices. If you do not have such authorization, please refrain from booking or signing the contract on behalf of others.
• For the safety of minors, we recommend that they travel with their guardian or a companion who carries a letter of authorization from the guardian.

Group tour notification

• You'll get your group tour notification by 8:00 PM the day before departure. If you pay after 6:00 PM the day before, we'll send it by 12:00 PM on departure day. If you don't receive it, please contact tours4fun customer support. Check our website for meeting times. The time in your tour confirmation or given by our staff is final.

Booking information

• If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.
  If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.
  If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.
• Please provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact information, etc.) when booking to avoid booking errors and travel disruptions. You are responsible for any losses you incur due to incorrect information you provide.
• If any attractions or venues cannot be visited due to unforeseen circumstances during your trip, the staff will work with you to either cancel or switch out the affected sites. Alternatively, an on-site refund can be provided based on the ticket price in your travel package (not the venue's listed price). Thank you for your understanding.
• If there is any inconsistency between the product confirmation or supplementary terms and the main travel contract, the product confirmation or supplementary terms will take precedence.

Travel guidelines

• This product involves high-altitude travel. Travelers with heart or lung conditions, anemia, stage II hypertension, or who are pregnant are advised to thoroughly assess their physical condition before selecting this product.

  Book at least 20 days in advance so tour operator may attain your Tibet Permit. Tibet Permit will be delivered to customers' delivery address / hotel address in one city of China. Please note your tour operator will contact you after the booking is confirmed.
  Travelers are required to provide photocopy of passports and China L visas at least 20 days prior to travel date.
  Please Notice: Customers' airport pick-up and drop-off in Lhasa need be arranged by tour supplier. If customers fly to Lhasa from Kathmandu, please do not apply for China L Visa in advance, because customers need apply for their Tibet Group Visa from China Embassy in Kathmandu via travel agency. Before that, they need ask for invitation letter from tour supplier. If customers fly or take a train to Lhasa from one city of China, they need apply for their China L Visa from China Embassy in their country.
  You will be given your contact information on your confirmation voucher which you will receive after your booking, so that you can send your passport and Chinese visa to tour supplier.
  A valid passport and China L Visa used to apply for Tibet Permit are required on the traveling period
  Price is based on double occupancy. Single room supplement is subject to availability and additional charge
  Fixed pick-up and drop-off schedule between the airport and the city
  
  As for Lhasa Gongar airport is 70km from the downtown, it is hard for us to arrange free shuttle service at any given time.
  
  So, Tibet Vista can only offer free shuttle service to pick up/drop off tourists between hotels and Gongga airport twice a day at a designated time. Some of the tourists may have to wait for others for a longtime beyond our designated time, and we advise our clients could book the flights to match our shuttle service time and rules goes as follows:
  
  The free airport pick-up time is as follows on the day the itinerary begins: From airport to hotel, Fixed departure: Pick up tourists at 10:00 am, 13:00 pm, 16:00 pm and 18：30pm
  
  The free airport drop time is as follows on the day the itinerary closes: From hotel to airport, Fixed departure, Pick up tourists at 06:30 am; 08:00 am; 12:00 pm
  
  If tourists’ picking-up/dropping-off time is beyond our fixed schedule, they are required to pay private transfer from 60USD/car.
  
  If passengers are less than 3 pax transfer, we may use publish transportation like public airport bus or Taxi instead of using our shuttle service.
  
  All the shuttle service from/to the train station on the date of tourists' arrival and departure would be free.
