Traveler restrictions

• The tour destination is at high altitude, so travelers with certain health conditions or elderly guests should consult a doctor beforehand. Be sure to pack altitude sickness medication and essentials. With a dry climate and strong UV rays, don't forget sunglasses, sun hats, sunscreen, and lip balm. Due to temperature changes, bring long-sleeved shirts, pants, and warm clothing. Consider carrying medications like cold medicine and aspirin for altitude sickness. If you feel unwell during the trip, please inform the tour staff promptly for assistance and follow medical advice.
• For safety reasons, pregnant women cannot book this product.

Age restrictions

• This itinerary is physically demanding. Please ensure you are in good health and fit to travel. If there are elderly travelers aged 70 and above, they must be accompanied by at least one relative or friend aged 18–69. We appreciate your understanding.
• Due to limited service capacity, this route is not suitable for infants (14 days–2 years old (exclusive)).
• For safety reasons, minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult passenger.

Other restrictions

• For group bookings, the booker or group representative must have consent from all travelers to act as the authorized signatory for the trip. All travelers recognize the representative's signature on the travel contract and its appendices. If you do not have such authorization, please refrain from booking or signing the contract on behalf of others.
• For the safety of minors, we recommend that they travel with their guardian or a companion who carries a letter of authorization from the guardian.

Group information

• The minimum group size for this product is 1. Once tours4fun confirms in writing, the group will travel by default. If the travel agency causes the group not to travel, they will provide compensation according to the contract's breach clauses.
• Each group can include up to 20 people, including children who occupy seats. If the actual number of travelers exceeds this limit, 10% of the total booking amount will be refunded as compensation once verified.

Group arrangements

• This group tour for independent travelers may include shared transportation with guests from other agencies. Service standards will remain unchanged. Booking implies acceptance of the itinerary arrangements after the group is formed.

Group tour notification

• You'll get your group tour notification by 8:00 PM the day before departure. If you pay after 6:00 PM the day before, we'll send it by 12:00 PM on departure day. If you don't receive it, please contact tours4fun customer support. Check our website for meeting times. The time in your tour confirmation or given by our staff is final.

Single room supplement

• For this product, to ensure the best possible travel experience, room sharing is not available for solo travelers.

Booking information

• If a flight is canceled or delayed due to unexpected events and force majeure, including but not limited to airline capacity adjustments, temporary airport closures, weather conditions, or air traffic control, the travel agency will do its best to assist you with changes. You must pay any price difference. If the new price is lower than the original price, we will refund the difference.
• Please provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact information, etc.) when booking to avoid booking errors and travel disruptions. You are responsible for any losses you incur due to incorrect information you provide.
• If any attractions or venues cannot be visited due to unforeseen circumstances during your trip, the staff will work with you to either cancel or switch out the affected sites. Alternatively, an on-site refund can be provided based on the ticket price in your travel package (not the venue's listed price). Thank you for your understanding.
• Complimentary activities are offered depending on attraction or venue capacity and weather conditions. Participation is optional.
• During the non-free time, you need the tour guide's consent to leave the group. If granted, you must sign a waiver and are responsible for your safety and belongings. Unfinished parts of the tour are forfeited, and costs won't be refunded.
• If there is any inconsistency between the product confirmation or supplementary terms and the main travel contract, the product confirmation or supplementary terms will take precedence.

Travel guidelines

• [No Shopping] This product includes no shopping stops during the trip (shopping not organized by our company at attractions, venues, or cruise ships is excluded), and there is no compulsory shopping. If unauthorized shopping activities are verified, our company will compensate you with liquidated damages equal to 10% of the total travel expenses.
• This product involves high-altitude travel. Travelers with heart or lung conditions, anemia, stage II hypertension, or who are pregnant are advised to thoroughly assess their physical condition before selecting this product.
  
• Huanglong National Scenic Area Above 3010 meters above sea level, it is easy to cause mild altitude sickness. Please take appropriate preventive measures according to your physical condition before traveling, such as taking Rhodiola rosea oral liquid in advance. It is not recommended to buy related products locally.
• If this product is successfully booked, each adult will receive a local SIM card. The specific data allowance and carrier are subject to the actual item issued on the day of departure.
• You will explore Jiuzhai Valley independently without a tour guide. Sightseeing buses run within the park, stopping at each attraction for pick-up and drop-off. Board at designated stops and prioritize safety. Each bus has a tour guide. Please confirm the meeting time with the driver before entering the scenic area. If you don't exit at the specified time, you'll need to arrange your own return to the hotel.
• Please note that seasonal landscapes (e.g., maple leaves, cherry blossoms, rapeseed flowers) are dependent on weather and climate conditions, which may impact your viewing experience. Thank you for your understanding.

Transportation

• Guaranteed transportation for tours within itineraries for groups of more than 10 people, with an empty-seat rate of at least 15% or a dedicated luggage vehicle (empty-seat rate refers to: the number of unoccupied seats / total number of seats, seats used for luggage are not counted as empty seats). Designated vehicles for special destinations and scenic spots are not included.
• During the tour, you may be served by different vehicles and service staff. Thank you for your understanding.
  
• If you're traveling on a weekend or during a holiday period, your return may be delayed due to congested traffic or high volumes of visitors at your chosen attraction/venue. We recommend that you don't book transportation (such as a flight, train, or ferry ticket) departing on the final day of your itinerary.
  

Accommodation

• Local hotels offer limited facilities, so please do not compare them to city standards. Hot water and air conditioning are available at scheduled times. We appreciate your understanding.
• Most of the hotels at the destination do not provide disposable toiletries. Thanks for your understanding.
• Due to local economic conditions, transportation, hotel services and facilities, and dining options may differ from those in more developed cities. Thank you for your understanding.

Meals

• For tour group meals, the travel agency will ensure the hygiene and quantity of the food meet the promised standards. However, meal flavors vary in different regions and may not satisfy your personal preferences.
• During peak travel seasons or special circumstances, the departure time might be earlier than usual (you will be notified of the exact time), which could result in missing breakfast at the hotel. We recommend arranging a takeaway breakfast with the hotel or preparing your own. Thank you for understanding.

Shopping/optional expenses

• During the tour, you might find shopping opportunities not organized by the travel agency at various attractions, venues, restaurants, and rest areas. tours4fun advises making purchases based on your needs and requesting proof of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for any disputes related to these purchases.
