The trip was excellent. I arranged a 3D2N tour to the attractions below. I am not Chinese but used WeChat. All communication was through WeChat and I had no issues. We arrived 12pm at the high speed rail and our driver was waiting. He guided us through the Tianmen Mountain and the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park attractions. This was a nice surprise as I did not order a guide service but the driver escorted us through these places. The Pullman hotel was lovely. The driver carried our luggage to the room.
