I used a member coupon when booking, and it actually worked without any hassle. The points system feels practical, not just for show. Overall, the whole experience—from booking to post-trip follow-up—was very well managed.
My Best Trip So Far
The tour was perfect for seeing Italy. You hit all the good spots and then there’s free time to choose other things you’d want to do. I had fun. The tour guides were all great and I met some good people I’m still in contact with. It’s great if you’re solo.
Unforgettable way to see Italy — totally worth it!
This trip blew me away! Booking was simple, and the 24/7 customer service team honestly made everything stress-free. I got quick answers about pick-up times, hotel details, and even tips for optional activities. The itinerary itself was amazing — from Rome to Milan with stops in Siena, Florence, Pisa, Cinque Terre, and Portofino. Every destination felt special, with the perfect mix of guided tours and free time to wander. Riding the train into Cinque Terre and taking the boat to Portofino were unforgettable experiences. The buses were comfortable, guides were engaging, and the included breakfasts were a great touch. Hotels were well located and good quality, making it easy to relax at the end of busy days. I’d recommend this tour to anyone wanting a hassle-free way to explore Italy’s most iconic spots. I’d do it again in a heartbeat!
History, Wine, and Stunning Cities
This was my first guided tour, and I wasn’t sure what to expect—but it was phenomenal. Everything was organized down to the last detail, and the staff were incredibly attentive. The bus rides were comfortable and offered gorgeous countryside views. Florence completely stole my heart—standing in front of the Duomo was surreal. Venice was busy, of course, but walking across the Bridge of Sighs felt magical. I also loved how much history we got from our guide without it ever feeling like a lecture. The wine tasting in Montepulciano was another standout. It’s such a smart way to balance sightseeing with local culture. Would do it again in a heartbeat!
