One of Providence's most notable sites is the Waterplace Park which is situated on the Woonasquatucket River in downtown Providence.

I recently returned from this 10-day tour and had a wonderful experience. Rhode Island was charming and relaxing. Crawford Notch State Park was breathtaking, especially with the fall colors. Silver Cascade Falls was a nice easy walk, and Mount Jackson was a rewarding climb with amazing views. The guide was friendly and the hotels were comfortable. I would highly recommend this trip.
