This 6-day tour was a wonderful exploration of Chengdu and its surroundings. The Giant Pandas at the breeding base were adorable and engaging. The Sanxingdui Museum offered intriguing insights into ancient Chinese civilization. The Leshan Giant Buddha was a breathtaking sight, and Mt. Emei’s spiritual atmosphere at Wannian Temple was very moving. The Sichuan hotpot was a culinary delight, and the eco-farm cooking class was an enjoyable and educational experience. The mountain resort stay was much better than expected. Clean rooms, quiet surroundings, and a great location for early morning sightseeing. Perfect place to unwind after a long day.
