I came alone. They paired me with another solo male for tent sharing – awkward at first, but we became friends. The guide checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Great for budget solo travel, but bring earplugs if you snore.

I really appreciated the little extras that made the tour comfortable: snacks, bottled water, and the expert guidance throughout. The guide explained the geology, history, and wildlife in an engaging way, which added so much depth to the trip.
