Both the United States Declaration of Independence and Constitution were signed at this historically significant Philadelphia structure that once had the famed Liberty Bell in its Bell Tower. Independence Hall was finished in 1753 using a design by Andrew Hamilton and Edmund Woolley under the orders of the Pennsylvania Colonial Legislature.
