Tour Code: 682149My travel companion preferred Yellowstone Bear World, while I liked Yellowstone National Park more; by the time we reached Grand Teton National Park, it was clear the itinerary had more variety than I expected. I booked mainly for Yellowstone Bear World, yet most of my photos came from Yellowstone National Park. Grand Teton National Park was the stop I had barely researched and turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Photos already made Yellowstone Bear World look impressive, but the real scale was different in person; Yellowstone National Park was less dramatic on camera and more enjoyable while standing there. Yellowstone Bear World was busier than some of the other stops, while Yellowstone National Park gave the day a different rhythm and kept the trip from feeling like one long photo line.
When I compared similar routes, a seven-day mix of national parks and photo stops was one of the reasons I chose this version, and it did not feel like an unnecessary extra once we were traveling. Because the tour covers a wide area, multiple early starts is a real factor. We had already accepted that the trip would be busy in places, so it never felt misleading. I do not usually take many pictures, yet I filled my phone at Yellowstone National Park. Looking back on the Yellowstone route, at Grand Teton National Park, I ended up putting the camera away and just watching for a while. The best part was not one single attraction but the combination of a seven-day mix of national parks and photo stops with Yellowstone National Park, which made the itinerary feel more complete.
Amazing National Parks
Amazing 7 day NP tour. Yellowstone with its wildlife and geysers, Grand Teton with its snow-capped mountains, Arches with its red-orange rock formations and arches, I could go on. Our guide, Perry, and bus driver, Clint, were a great team. Long drives between parks but great scenery. Basic hotels but comfortable.
Memorable tour
Our family of three was on this tour in August 2017, and we are very happy that we went on it. It's very intense, with early starts and long bus rides but places we visited were worth it. We would like to commend our guide Chris and bus driver Jason for impeccable running of the tour. All aspects of it - transportation, food, activities, accommodation- were organized at high level. We liked the hotels except practical but rather 'tired' room in Reno and overly extravagant room in Las Vegas. Thanks to the company and all our fellow travelers for creating nice memories about this trip. The tour can definitely be recommended to everyone who wants to see the best places of this part of USA.
