The iconic Art Deco skyscraper that towers 1,046 feet in the Manhattan skyline was designed by William Van Alen and constructed from 1928-1930. Chrysler Building, which is adorned with 1929 Chrysler replica radiator caps, was headquarters for its namesake from 1930 to the mid-1950s.
