The city's first Chinatown originated in the 1890s where Toronto's City Hall and Nathan Phillips Square are now located. Today's Chinatown at Spadina Avenue and Dundas Street already had many Chinese residents when the first Chinatown occupants moved their beginning in the 1950s displaced by construction.

The fall foliage made this trip even better. Old Quebec was beautiful, and the Thousand Islands cruise was a relaxing way to end the tour. Our guide was friendly and bilingual. Hotels were clean and comfortable. Only small thing: no lunch included, but we found good options nearby. Would do it again.
