Stow-on-the-Wold Town Centre Map / Location

This stunning, small market town of stone architecture sits high atop an 800-foot hill. Stow-on-the-Wold, the highest town in the Cotswolds, is famous for its twice-yearly Stow Horse Fair. Its large Market Square still displays the stocks where “offenders” in the past were jeered at and pelted with rotten eggs. Today, the square is brimming with outdoor cafes and pubs.
