Also called Mala Strana and the Lesser Quarter, this scenic Prague quarter dates back to 1257 situated on the foothills below the majestic Prague Castle. Lesser Town contains Wallenstein Palace, St. Nicholas Church, Church of Our Lady Victorious, Lesser Town Square, Nerudova Street, Maltese Square, Kampa Island and Petřin Hill. It features amazing Baroque architecture throughout and is one of the most beautiful areas in Prague.
