Lake Louise Map / Location

Called the "Jewel of the Rockies," this magnificent lake is encircled by the grandiose Canadian Rocky Mountains and is located in the village having the same name in Banff National Park. Lake Louise was titled after English Princess Louise Caroline Alberta and has a surface area of .31 square miles. The fabulous Fairmont's Chateau Lake Louise is situated along the lake and several ski resorts are located nearby.
