Bursa Map / Location

This modern, industrial city built around mosques and mausoleums is both one of Turkey’s holiest cities and a major industrial center. Bursa is the first Ottoman capital and birthplace of the Ottoman Empire, thus gaining UNESCO World Heritage status. It is also brimming with parks and gardens and is often referred to as "Green Bursa." The city is also near Mt. Uludag, Turkey’s premier ski resort.
