Itinerary

The Red Line tour leaves from Paris for a delightful scenic journey through the rolling countryside of the Champagne region, famous the world over for the sparkling white wine produced here. Enjoy seeing the historic attractions of provincial capital Reims, including the city's cathedral – a key national heritage site, where coronations of French kings took place from the 11th century onwards.
History and tradition are equally evident in your next location: Luxembourg, the world's only remaining Grand Duchy. After arriving in refined Luxembourg city, you'll be introduced on foot to the main places of interest, including the Place de Constitution and Pont Adolphe, before having time for further exploration on your own.

* This tour provides paid airport pick-up and drop-off services. If necessary, please select the upgrade option. Please note that after the airport pick-up driver sends the guests to the team hotel, the guests will check in at the hotel front desk by themselves and provide the guests' group voucher and passport to check in.
* Please note that according to international hotel practices, especially European hotels, check-in is generally at 3 pm. If the guests arrive early, the hotel room is still being cleaned and cannot be provided in advance. Please rest in the hotel lobby first or leave your luggage at the counter, go shopping by yourself, and come back to check in at 3 pm. Thank you for your understanding!
* For guests staying in the team hotel, at about 8 to 9 o'clock in the evening of their pre-group accommodation, the tour guide will bring the team back to the hotel where the guests are staying. After arranging the guests, they will contact you and inform you of the departure time and matters for the group gathering tomorrow. In case the guests are out and not in the hotel, the tour guide will still leave a note for the guests if he cannot be contacted. In addition, 7 o'clock in the morning is generally the breakfast time for the group. As long as the guests go to the restaurant, they will meet the tour guide or other group members.
* If the guests have any urgent questions during the check-in process, please feel free to call the emergency number.
* If the hotel charges hotel city accommodation tax, guests must pay it on site!

Driver working hours: 7:00am-22:00pm. Overtime fees will be charged if the working hours are exceeded.
Registration time: Registration must be made 15 days before the date of the group tour.
Other instructions:
(1) Airport pick-up and drop-off services are group pick-up and drop-off services. The driver is only responsible for picking up and dropping off the group from the airport to the hotel and has no knowledge of any matters related to the group tour.
(2) After receiving the ticket, guests who have booked the airport pick-up service should confirm that the name and mobile phone number they provided when registering are correct.
(3) After the guest's flight arrives, it will take at least 30-45 minutes to pick up the luggage and go through customs. The driver will arrive at the airport 30 minutes after the guest's flight arrives.
(4) The driver's waiting time for the airport pick-up service is no more than 90 minutes after the flight's arrival time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the driver will leave without any responsibility. If the driver needs to come back to pick up the flight, he/she will be charged again. If the airline is delayed and the driver is not notified in time, the fee will not be refunded and the guest will have to claim compensation from the airline.
(5) Regardless of whether you need to collect your luggage or not, please follow the exit number indicated by the baggage conveyor belt of the flight to the arrival hall. Do not look for an exit randomly. The driver will wait at the arrival exit of the designated flight with the registered guest's name. If the guest arrives at the exit and cannot find the driver holding his/her name, do not panic and stay where you are. Please call the emergency number immediately for inquiries.
(6) If the guest knows that the flight you are taking will be delayed, changed or cancelled, please send an SMS and call the emergency number to change it as soon as possible after knowing it. We will try our best to change the pick-up time for the guest. However, there is no guarantee that it can be changed. If it cannot be changed, the fee will not be refunded and the guest will have to claim compensation from the airline. If you require assistance upon arrival, please contact us by calling our emergency number.
(7) Airport drop-off service will be arranged 4 hours in advance of your flight departure time to prevent you from missing your flight. If there is a traffic jam or other uncontrollable situation during the drop-off process, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the emergency. However, if this causes you to be unable to board your flight on time, we will not be held responsible or liable.
(8) Each guest may not bring more than two pieces of luggage (one suitcase and one suitcase). If the luggage exceeds the limit, an additional service fee of EUR 20 will be charged for each piece of luggage.

Time limit for providing flight information:

Kindly submit your flight details at least 7 days in advance of the group joining date. Failure to do so may result in an unsuccessful arrangement of the transfer service.

Own Expenses

All mandatory fees must be paid in cash to the tour guide and tickets cannot be pre-purchased separately. Any optional activities you wish to join must be paid to your tour guide in cash.

European hotels include breakfast, but it typically consists of a simple continental breakfast. (Continental breakfast is defined as coffee or tea, juice, bread, and jam.)European hotels are generally older and smaller in terms of space, facilities, and services compared to those in other countries. Guests are advised to bring their own toiletries and to adapt to local customs with understanding. Due to the large temperature difference between day and night in Europe and the fact that the average annual temperature exceeds 30°C for no more than two months, coupled with the strong environmental awareness in European countries, some European hotels do not provide air conditioning. This is not due to inadequate hotel standards. Your understanding is appreciated.

Tour Guide: Bilingual tour guide will accompany the group from the local departure point and provide service throughout the tour.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy (Without complimentary VISA support materials):
- 18 Days or more prior to departure date: 10% of the tour fee as penalty;
- 17 - 10 Days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour fee as penalty;
- 9 Days or less prior to departure date: 100% of the tour fee as penalty.

If you need to apply for a visa to come to Europe, we can provide the necessary ducomentation. We cannot ensure that visa approval is guaranteed from any consulate.
* If the visa refusal letter from the consulate can be provided:
- 18 Days or more prior departure date, 5% of the tour fee as penalty;
- 17 Days or less prior departure date, Cancellation Policy (Without complimentary VISA support materials) applies.
* If cancellation is made due to personal reason:
- 48 Days or more prior departure date, EUR85/order as penalty;
- 47 - 18 Days prior to departure date, 30% of the tour fee as penalty;
- 17 Days or less prior departure date, Cancellation Policy (Without complimentary VISA support materials) applies.
The hotel list provided in the visa documentation is subiect to change.

Special Notes

* Please prepare enough Euros. You are recommended to exchange the Euros 1-2 weeks before the departure date at your local bank. It is not that convenient and cost-efficient for the exchange at destincation's ATMs, airports or railway stations due to the exchange rate.
* You must provide flight details at least 15 days before tour departure date to guarantee airport pick-up and drop-off. We will not be able to arrange airport transfers to those providing flight arrival details any closer to 15 days before tour departure date, and no refund will be given for this service.
* Airport transfers can be arranged between 7:00am and 10:00pm at the Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly International Airports. Out of this time, we will have an extra charge of EUR 18.00/per person per way, based on minimum 2 Pax. We will take 4 hours before the flight departure times of the * * Airport Transfer arrangement. If your flight departure time is earlier than 11:00am, extra charges will apply since the driver need to pick you up before 7:00am. This service is only purpose for the convenience, you can also make it or by your own arrangement.
* Earliest hotel check-in is 3:00pm.
* The driver will wait up to, but no longer than, 90 minutes from the scheduled arrival of your flight. If you are held up in customs or your flight is delayed longer than 90 minutes after anticipated arrival time, you must make your own way to the hotel on Day 1. Tours4Fun does not reimburse taxi fare or offer partial refunds for those unable to meet the driver in the arrivals hall within the specified time frame.
Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
