Luggage Policy: Customers are allowed up to 2 luggage items (1 carry-on & 1 personal item) free of charge. Each additional item will incur a $25 excess luggage fee. Maximum dimensions are 24” x 16” x 10” (60cm x 40cm x 25cm). Passengers must advise us of oversize luggage 48 hours prior to departure in order to guarantee the accommodation of the luggage on the vehicle. Any Oversize luggage larger than the maximum size noted is $50 regardless of personal items brought on board. (i.e. 1 Oversized Luggage - $50, 2 Oversized pieces = $100) Terms and Conditions This is a limited time offer, prices are subject to change. All prices are in USD. Child prices as for children 11yrs or under. Children under 8years of age will require parents to provide a mandatory child safety seat. Yosemite Tours operates fully insured CPUC/TCP-licensed vehicles. Tour prices do not include meals, lodging, or park entrance fees unless otherwise noted. We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal property on tours. Return times for tours can vary day to day to a certain degree. Therefore we advise that guests not book flights or departures from San Francisco on the same day as their tour. We are not responsible for delays due to accidents, breakdowns, or adverse traffic and weather conditions on tours. We reserve the right to modify stops, vehicle, visits or activities based on weather conditions, group needs or conditions out of our control. We reserve the right to use other operators and/or subcontractors to operate all and any tours advertised. Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. Cancellations or changes by customers must be made 72 hours before trip departure to get partial refund or at least 10 days in advance if the reservation includes hotel accommodation. Airport shuttle transfers and Alcatraz tours are non-refundable. Cancellations or changes are subject to a 10% or $35 fee per booking, whichever is greater. If you cancel/change less than 72 hours, there will be no refund, however, value of your Extranomical operated tour can be used towards a future Extranomical operated tour (except Overnight tours). Airport shuttle transfers, ferry tickets, Alcatraz Tours and Bay Cruises are non-refundable.
