As Yellowstone cabins are likely to be sold out, we will reserve bus seats once you make reservation. Any amendment will be assessed with $30.00 amendment fee.
* 34 and more days prior to departure date, 10% penalty fee;
* 18-33 days prior to departure date, $410/room penalty fee;
* 11-17 days prior to departure date, 30% penalty fee + $410/room penalty fee;
* within 10 days prior to departure date or no show on tour, 100% penalty fee.

Cancellation Policy for the 3rd person who enjoys Buy 2 Get 3rd Discount: We will reserve bus seats for 3rd discounted passengers. Other than the $30.00 amendment fee, we will charge as following:
* 11-33 days(working days) prior to departure date, tour fee is non-refundable;
* 1-10 days(working days) prior to departure date, $160.00 per passenger(Tour fee is non-refundable.);
* No-shows will be assessed a penalty fee $250.00 per passenger for general Yellowstone tours(Tour fee is non-refundable.).

* No-shows will be assessed a penalty fee $200.00 per passenger for general Yellowstone tours(Tour fee is non-refundable.).

Please double check your selection choice in Los Angeles when booking. Once a choice has been confirmed, it can only be changed for an additional fee.

Customers who want to stay in Yellowstone Cabin please must provide the accurate name of every guest when making reservations, which must be consistent with the info on vaild passport or driving license. If there is a child under 12, please include the exact age as well. Customers will take all the responsibility on their own if they are not able to stay in Yellowstone Cabin due to wrong info.

For more assured travel plans during the holiday season, we suggest that you book your tour at least one month prior to the desired departure date.

In the event of overbooking during peak season, we will arrange for you to stay in a hotel of equal or near-equal standards of service. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Guests under the age of 18 cannot join the Las Vegas tour unaccompanied. Guests between the ages of 18 and 21 may join the tour but will not be allowed to gamble.

Due to the Department of Homeland Security's regulations of Hoover Dam, all bus tours are limited to carry-on luggage such as backpacks and duffle bags. All carry-on items must fit in the over head compartment. Luggage cannot be stored in the compartments under the bus. Any other travel luggage needs to be left at your hotel.

Winter weather conditions and/or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the itinerary from October to April or May. The tour guide reserves the right to change the itinerary to ensure the safety of all passengers. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Antelope Canyon: No use of Tripod, no climbing, no trashing, don't take photos in staircases, don't carve on walls, follow Indian guides. Guests will be expelled if they don't follow rules without any refund.

Before the South Entrance of Yellowstone opens on May 8th, some attractions in Yellowstone may be closed due to snow. Tours that depart between April and May 4th, some attractions may be replaced in Yellowstone.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.

Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise.
