• This trip mainly involves water activities. Please prepare your swimsuit, towel and other suitable equipment in advance.
• To protect the ecology, the park only allows the use of sunscreen containing titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.
• The rafting adventure program requires a certain level of physical strength. Please decide whether to participate based on your own situation.
• The zipline project is not suitable for patients with fear of heights, hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other medical histories. Please decide whether to participate based on your own situation. (Minimum height: 1.1 meters, maximum weight: 136 kilograms)
• Cancun has a tropical marine climate and is infested with mosquitoes. Please bring your own effective mosquito repellent.
• XPLOR Park is open from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 17:00
• Due to park restrictions, children aged 4 and under are not allowed to enter the park; guests with tickets for children aged 5-11 are required to present relevant proof.
• Children over 1.40 meters but under 12 years old must present their ID card to prove their age.
• For guests who are taking English tours, please be sure to contact us by phone regarding the departure time of your hotel.
• It is strongly recommended that you arrive at the designated meeting point on time. The company will not be responsible for any financial losses that may be caused by guests being late and unable to participate in the tour.
• Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult.
• The itinerary will be subject to traffic and weather.
• In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the leader may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
• This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Passengers who take this tour need to purchase admission tickets from tour escort on the departure date. Otherwise, we will stop providing services on the day. 
• We make every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factor including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical problem. 
• Please reach the departure point on time and follow the arrangement of a tour escort.
• Before doing an individual activity or leaving the group, please get the agreement of the tour guide. 
• Please inform hotel name, location and contact details when booking.
• Guests should be waiting for tour leader in the hotel lobby at the designated time.
