It has been at the center of the Civil Rights movement for nearly a century. ● Washington Monument - The pinnacle structure dedicated to the founder of our country, George Washington. The centerpiece of the National Mall, it dominates the DC skyline and has one incredible history. ● The Capitol Building - The government moved to “Jenkins’ Hill” in 1800 and the building has been in constant development ever since. Hear about the troubled past of the Capitol Building, from growing pains to invading armies. ● Smithsonian Castle - Established by British scientist, James Smithson who sent his fortune in 100 bags of gold for "the increase and diffusion of knowledge", this building is the first endowment of the Smithsonian Institution which has grown to 15 buildings and complexes. ● Korean War Memorial - Dedicated to the Forgotten War. This amazing memorial comes alive as you see the nineteen soldiers walking in the field.   • We ask that each guest arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork. Please bring your credit card at the time of the tour for pre-authorization. Each of our tours begins with a 30 minute orientation session. We will practice on the bike until everyone feels comfortable and is ready to conquer the city. Due to the risk to both mother and child, pregnant women are not allowed to participate on our bike tours. Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or authorized guardian.
  • The operating date is subject to change, please check the availability before booking.
  • *For children under 18 months of age or 20kg (45lbs), we have baby seats that can be attached to the back of a bike.
  • *For children weighing up to 30kg (65lbs), we have trailers that can be left open or zipped up to fully enclose the passenger.
  • *For children up to 12 years old or 45kg (100lbs), we have 2 wheeled tag-a-longs. The passenger sits on a seat and can pedal or coast.
  • *All riders over 45kg (100lbs) must ride their own bicycle. We have various smaller sized mountain bikes for those able to ride on their own, and of course, our regular beach cruisers for children big enough to ride them.
  • *The tours operate in groups of 8. If the party is larger than 16, the group will be split up for safety reasons.
  • *Unfortunately, we do not have any adult tricycles or bikes with training wheels for adults that may be less confident in their riding ability.
  • *When making a reservation, please be certain to note the ages of all children in the party to be sure there are enough properly sized bikes.

  • The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
