【Rocky Mountaineer Tour】8-Day Rocky Mountaineer Summer Tour Package With Vancouver, Jasper, And Banff

• Cancellation/Amendment Policy:
  * Once booking is confirmed, no change can be made to all coach & train tours and hotel upgrades
  * All train-related fees and terms are subject to the train companies' announcement or confirmation
  * Hotel upgrade surcharge is subject to change. Upgrade hotel are non-changeable and 100% non-refundable for any cancellation once confirmed
  * Tour fares and hotel upgrade surcharge in Rockies tour are subject to change
• We reserve the rights to cancel the tours without liability 14 days prior to departure, and reschedule the tours or refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a group.
• Gift Pack is based on twin room sharing. (no refund if tour needs to be cancel due to poor weather condition).
• Please contact us to provide your flight information at least 3 days before your tour departure.
• Please bring Visa/MasterCard for the hotel incidental deposits.
• All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Any violation will be penalized $350 and up (non-refundable cleaning fee).
• Limited to one medium sized suitcase and one carry-on luggage per guest. Any additional luggage may be charged of $35 per piece.
• Rocky Mountaineer: two suitcases p.p. with a total weight limit of 30 kg (66lbs). Luggages during the train tour will be delivered to the hotel at Kamloops.
• Stay at Sunshine Mountain Lodge: deluxe room is based on one Queen and one pullout bed. If 4 people are staying in one room, a surcharge will be applied to upgrade  to a Premium room
• Optional activities and Quick Shuttle Services are subject to individual operator's terms & conditions.
• Please read our Terms & Conditions and any other relevant policies carefully. By completing a reservation, you declare and warrant that you, your clients and all the participants have read, understood and agreed to all our terms and conditions.
• We reserve the rights to modify the itinerary without liability. The local operator acts only in the capacity of agents for airlines, hotels, restaurants,  bus companies, train companies, shipping lines providing transportations, hotel accommodations, meals and other services. The local operator is not liable for any injury, death, loss or damage of personal property resulting from the use of the services. If the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the operator, the operator will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Some coach may provide safety seat belts. Any resulting additional expenses will be payable by tour participants. Purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• This is popular tour for this season only, suggest to book 1-2 month prior to departure date to secure the seats.
• A visa is not required for U.S. citizens. However, please bring your Photo I.D and proof of citizenship (U.S. birth certificate or naturalization certificate) for re-entry to the United States. A passport is highly recommended. Children, ages 18 and under only require a birth certificate. If you are not an American citizen or permanent resident, please bring your passport, I-94 card or resident alien card. Due to heightened security at the border, additional paperwork is required from visitors from some countries. This only applies to a very few countries. Please be aware of the status of your country or origin or check with the local immigration office to ensure that multiple-entry into the U.S. is allowed. This will avoid unnecessary delays. Should any person be detained upon re-entry to the U.S., we will be unable to wait while the additional paperwork is filed. Additional charges may apply for transportation.
• We strongly recommend that you contact the airline and local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival time and arrange for pick-up before you depart for your excursion.
• Wear with a light coat for cool mornings & evenings during the summer. A winter jacket is required for autumn through spring. A hat, umbrella, sunglasses and bug repellent are also recommended.
• Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tour's first night's hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4Fun/local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
