You can only choose one free pick-up on the day of the tour. If you need multiple pick-ups or pick-up services outside the free pick-up time, please contact us for a quotation.
* Newark International Airport (EWR): you can take the FREE shuttle provided by the hotel or take a taxi (pay yourself) to hotel check in. Our company provides a paid pick-up service, you can contact us for quotation.
* When the guests arrive at EWR Airport, if they need a private car pick-up service, you can contact us for quotation. 
* The procedure after the arrival of domestic flight in the United States is: disembark → go to the flight luggage carousel → meet the tour guide → the tour guide arranges you and other group members to take the nearest vehicle to leave the airport.
* The procedure after the arrival of international flight is: disembark→passport inspection→luggage claim→customs inspection→meet the tour guide→the tour guide arranges for you and other group members to take the nearest vehicle to leave the airport.
【Non-Pick-up Information】
* You can go to the hotel to check in by yourself. All hotels check in after 3.00pm.
* If you arrive in New York between 8:00am-4:00pm, the ground operator has reserved a luggage storage place for all VIPs, and you can go to Chinatown (Chinatown), 6 Elizabeth St, New York, NY 10013 to store your luggage by yourself. Then arrange the tour activities for the rest of the time by yourself. Please return before 4:00pm and wait for the pick-up car from the local operator to take you to the hotel for check-in.

    • You are not allowed to bring your own CITY PASS and attraction tickets for this itinerary. If tourists bring their own CITY PASS and attraction tickets, the ground operator will not provide pick-up service on the day of the tour, and may incur a small extra fee.     • Please coordinate your flight schedule with your tour's itinerary. If you need to book a flight, we recommend that you book your flight after you receive a confirmation email from Tours4Fun for your reservation within one to two business days.

    Reservation Info

      1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
      2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
      3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
      4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
