Amendment Policy
a) If you amend your booking before a Confirmation/Invoice has been issued, no contract will be given and there is no charge.
b) If, after a Confirmation/Invoice has been issued, you wish to alter your tour arrangements or to change the departure date, we shall do our utmost to make the changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to your touring/travel arrangements must be received by Tours4Fun from the person who originally made the booking or from your travel agent at least 9 weeks before the departure date of the tour. This will incur an administration fee of AUD40 per person.
c) If you amend your booking within 9 weeks of the departure date of your tour, this will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking, incurring cancellation charges as set below in addition to the cost of your new tour booking.

Cancellation Policy
8 days prior to departure – Non-refundable;
9 or more Days Prior to the Departure Date – 10% of the total purchased amount;
Any cancellation of additional services booked prior to and after your tour, such as pre/post accommodation and transfers, that are cancelled within 14 days of tour departure, incur a 100% cancellation fee.

What to Bring: Enclosed walking shoes, Sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, Water bottle to hold 1 litre, Warm layers during cooler months, Flynet in summer months (optional), Cash if purchasing Aboriginal artwork, Snacks for breakfast (Day 3)

Fitness Requirements:
- Uluṟu: Low level of fitness is required; Approximately 1 hour gentle walk
- Kata Tjuṯa: Moderate level of fitness is required; Uneven surfaces to complete Walpa Gorge walk
- Guests can return to the coach at any time if needed.
