The world's biggest football festival is back every four years! The 2026 FIFA World Cup will be co-hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico, promising a cross-border, continent-spanning sports celebration across North America!


Seating Information:
Important notes on ticket categories for the 2026 FIFA World Cup:
- The classification of seat categories (Category 1–4) for this World Cup has been adjusted based on North American market practices and therefore differs from previous editions.
- Specifically, seats designated as Category 2 in this tournament may mostly correspond to areas that were Category 1 in previous World Cups. Likewise, Category 1 seats this year may correspond to Category 2 or 3 in past tournaments. Detailed seating information can be found on the electronic seating map.

When you have selected the match tickets you wish to purchase, please complete the booking process as follows:
1. Ticket Selection:
Please select the match date, match session, teams, and seating area according to the price list, and inform us of the number of tickets you wish to purchase. We will check and confirm the availability of the tickets for you.
2. Payment Method and Timing:
Please make the payment to our account via Zelle, WeChat, Alipay, bank transfer, or Chinese credit card. Payments via overseas credit cards, PayPal, or other methods are not accepted at this time. An invoice will be provided after receipt of payment.
3. Ticket Delivery:
Once the payment is received, we will deliver the tickets within one week.
4. Ticket Acceptance:
- Tickets are issued as FIFA official electronic tickets (Mobile Tickets) and are delivered via email through the FIFA system. We will send the tickets to the guest's designated email address and send a "delivery notification" to the guest's contact information, which constitutes completion of delivery. 
Currently, most tickets are instantly available e-tickets. Once you place your order and complete the payment, we will immediately transfer your tickets to the email address you entered in your order via the official Transfer function.
- You can use this email address to log in to your official ticketing account to receive your tickets and become the new ticket holder with full account control. As a new ticket holder, you can use tickets, invite guests to enter, or transfer them again to others.
- Although you get ticket ownership, the e-ticket mobile tickets can only be downloaded in the app when the game is approaching, the official description is no later than May, according to the 2022 experience, it is one month before the game.
- In May 2026, search for and download the official "FIFA World Cup 2026" app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store (iOS/Android).
Register and log in to the app using the same email address used to receive the tickets. Once logged in, you will be able to find the tickets we delivered to you under "My Events." On match day, simply scan the QR code on the ticket to enter the stadium.
After we deliver the tickets, you will immediately receive an official FIFA email titled "Transfer of Ticket(s)." Please follow the instructions in that email to register and accept the tickets.
Please note: Seats are not assigned at the time of purchase, so there will be no specific seat number shown on the ticket—only the seating zone is guaranteed. The official seat numbers will be released by FIFA approximately one month before the match and can be viewed in your account within the official app.

    "Baby in your arms" means any child who is two years of age or younger and no taller than 34 inches (86 cm) on the day of the race. They sit on your lap and you (as the ticket holder) have a valid ticket. "Baby in your arms" cannot occupy their own seat.
