Customers must adhere to the assigned guide throughout the tour. External guides cannot be added to the group after purchase. Access requires escort by the assigned guide. Opting out forfeits tour rights and tickets without refunds.
Security Measures:
Heightened security may cause delays during entry. Guests with pacemakers must present a certificate to bypass security screening.
Dress Code:
Appropriate attire is required for religious sites. Avoid sleeveless blouses, miniskirts, shorts, and hats.
Tour Entry Requirements:
Provide first name and surname for all entries. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry. Passport mandatory on the tour day.
Suggestions:
Moderate physical fitness is recommended. Wear comfortable shoes and bring sunscreen during summer.
Cloakroom:
Items larger than 40 x 35 x 15 cm must be stored. Prohibited items include suitcases, large bags, umbrellas, tripods, and signage. Shoulder bags up to 15 cm wide are permitted.

- For the issuance of Vatican Museums tickets, providing a first name and surname is mandatory. Without this information, the ticket cannot be issued. It is also mandatory to bring your passport on the day of the tour.
- By purchasing this tour, the customer agrees to follow only the guide assigned to him/her. It is not permitted to add external guides to the group after the tour has been purchased. We inform our customers that, in such circumstances, access to the Vatican Museums will be granted only if escorted by the assigned guide and respective group. If one chooses to opt out, they will forfeit all rights to the tour and ticket, with no possibility of a refund.
